One of the best homedepot locations to visit, great customer service from pro desk to regular employees if they aren’t knowledgeable they will ask each other for help and get it sorted out right away, while it’s not the biggest location in the area I can be confident I will get what I need right away and be in and out, all big purchases I have made, like loads of material have been handled easily either being delivered or loaded by employees at this location thank you keep up the good work

I was happy with the straw bale price until I went to pick it up and found it was smaller than standard bale.

I ran over to purchase cabinet screws- I was approach by an employee named Jack. He asked if I needed help.He showed me where I needed to look and how to properly size the sample screw I brought correctly.

Purchased heavy bags of concrete. Employee assisted getting it to my car and loaded it for me.

I bought several plants and shrubs and was very satisfied with the price and the appearance.

Don't expect the checkout to be fast or convenient. Everything is now "self-checkout", ugh.

Employees in this store treat their customers with respect and courtesy. They are expedient in resolving issues and value their customers as if I were the only one in the store. Specifically Ellen in Blinds and Flooring went over and above to help me.

I went to look at mowers and Troy in Garden got one out of the box and answered all my questions. He was very helpful and made it easy to buy the mower.

I lost my brother right before Christmas:( I need to flip the house and sell I applied for my Homedepot card and now I can get some cosmetic stuff completed so I can list the house next week!!

Home Depot has implemented Self-Serve propane exchange process that keeps customer from lugging empty tank around - just pop inside to cashier and leave with redemption code on receipt. Enables quick turn-around time and you will be back at your backyard BBQ in record time.

I needed several items from different areas and found help in each area.

I went to HD after checking their web page to see if they had AC Coil Cleaner. The web said they carry 2 brands in the store, 53 cans were available in Aisle 7 Bay 7. Went to the store there is no bay 7 in aisle 7. Asked 2 employees for help, 1st one thoought the cleaner may not be unboxed yet and walkes away. Asked the 2nd for help in finding Bay 7 and the cleaner. He didn't check anything, just said we don't carry it. He did not even walk aisle 7 to show me were bay 7 was. Terrible customer service!

Great trip. I've been wanting to buy a battery operated mower for a year or so and took the plunge today. I'm extremely happy with the early performance of my Toro 60V 22" Cordless Self Propelled mower. It has handled the first mowing of my yard better than my old Toro gas mower that I loved!

I just want good comments abt this store people works there super friendly and help a lot all the time. orders online, ready in 5 mins to just go and pick them up. really nice place..i enjoy every single trip there

This store is always super clean & well stocked. Staff are v friendly.

This store has a continuing issue where if you check online it will show stock but when you got to the location specified on the site there's no stock at all. And no one there has a clue where it is can be located. If you can find someone to ask, that is...

I’m a DIYer who spends a lot of money (more than some contractors) at this store. What I appreciate most is the management (Nate) and staff who provide me with top notch customer service from honoring on-line pricing discounts that for some reason or another have not been changed at store level to the ease of doing returns for product and materials I no longer have a use for on my specific projects. The no-hassle return policy really sets Home Depot apart from other retailers and Crescent Springs store is the best at providing great customer service. This is why I continue to shop at The Home Depot in Crescent Springs, Kentucky. I would like to give a shout out to Connor whose title might be supervisor. He also deserves recognition for his front desk customer service on my visits to this store again and again. My overall shopping and purchasing experience with The Home Depot at Crescent Springs, Kentucky is the reason I was motivated to complete this review. Rarely, do I have the time to do reviews.

This Crescent Springs, KY store is my favorite location. The parking is great, the variety of merchandise in the garden center is great.
