The store has an abundance of everything. It is Always Neat and Clean. Employees are friendly and very helpful bi live going there. Especially love the garden center !! I can’t quit buying plants ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

They always seem to have what I need

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE HARDWARE DEPARTMENT. WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I HAD THE CORRECT PARTS NEEDED FOR THE PROJECT I WAS WORKING ON WOULD WORK ONCE I REMAINED HOME TO COMPLETE.

The sales person was knowledgeable, friendly, remembered us from our last visit and went out of his way to find the Product, which we would have taken 1 month for us to receive, now we will receive it in about a week because of his quick action.

Home Depot in Crescent Springs has a very bad manager named Todd who is rude and called me a liar several times. I will not shop here again because of that!

10+ Great place for Seniours to feel comfortable..!

In my work I've relied on dozens of Home Depots across 5 states. Every so often you find that rare employee that is extremely knowledgable and really strives to provide value and considerate, meaningful customer service. Ron Brewer is that guy. If I was a developer, I'd go to him for all my appliance orders. As a homeowner doing a full remodel, I feel lucky to have him in my corner. I really can't say enough about the work he put in for me over 3 or 4 days. As a former Disney employee, I hold customer service in very high regard and am very critical in judging its implementation so when I'm impressed that is really saying something.

Every associate I ran into today went above and beyond to help me! I came in Looking for a fix for a lamp my puppy had decided to chew up. I went into the store thinking I was going to end up spending money on a brand new lamp but instead, two sweet employees helped me find the pieces I needed to fix it and even helped me right there in the checkout line put it all together! The Employees I met during this trip went above and beyond for me and I will absolutely be back to the store in the future because of it! Sonny and Stephen are the best and SO incredibly helpful!

Just purchased the Ryobi cordless Garden Hedger. What a game changer after all these years of the corded kind. The person that helped me in lawn and garden inside was great . Tool has lots of power with the 40 amp battery.

HomeDepot in Crescent Spring is a nice store located in a great place who has ample parking space, well organize merchandize and friendly employees.

It's the people that make this store so great. As a contractor I feel like the employees are my partners. It's people like Rob and Brook that make this possible.

The employees are super helpful and i love the location. I rated them a 2 for other reasons. Usually they are helpful, the location is great and the products in stock. Today however super disappointed in the respect for the Covid Protocols. Usually there are some people walking around without masks when it is required and other businesses seem to adhere to that. Tonight however there were many people and families without maks just walking around the store, way more than normal. While i am not the mask police, there is the right thing to do for the protection of the customers and employees. I am amazed and the constant disregard for that at this store. i don't think anyone is thrilled with wearing a mask , but hopefully soon this will be over. In the meantime Home Depot , get it together and stop ignoring the right thing to do .

if you need anything for your project and you go someplace else...you're just wasting your time and likely some of your money.

store policy is no good you should quit selling appliances because you won't hook them up i wonder how you can sell furnaces air conditioners heat pumps and hot water heaters when you won't hook up a dish washer or a refrigerator with an ice maker???????????

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot, the staff is well trained, friendly and ready to assist if needed. The cashiers are always courteous and friendly.

I purchased a hot water heater from the Crescent Springs, KY location. The salesperson quoted me $1600 for the tank and installation. When the installer arrived and after his review of the situation added another $400 to the job. Needless to say, I was not pleased.

Troy from gardening, was so helpful. Actually, we came into the store to buy a new water heater. He went over and beyond to help us. He deserves a raise!

The store was very clean and what i needed was easy to find. I had some questions about a tool box that i wanted and the person in that department was very helpful. Checking out was a breeze. I needed helped loading my purchase on a trailer and 2 employees came out and helped.

The associates at this location are very friendly and always make my shopping experience great!

Out of All the Home Depot Stores I shop in this area, This Crescent Springs Store is by far the best. Can't say enough about the helpful and knowledgeable employees. AS a matter of fact, when I retire after 50 years in the construction trades, I'm considering applying at this store for employment. All the other stores need to be modeled after this one.
