The store employees always treat me like a neighbor! I feel welcome.

The store itself was clean and several employees were helpful, one not so much. I ended up looking up the microwave on line. The cashier Shanna was very nice and friendly.

This store is a great place to shop. The associates are ALWAYS helpful and pleasant. If they can't find something, they research until they locate it. If they don't have an answer to a question, they will find someone who does. They go out of their way to provide excellent service. I drive an hour from my home to shop this store, even though there are other stores that would be closer!

Last week my Mom and I went to the store for a piece of pegboard. While standing there an employee came over and asked if we needed help. He helped us find the size we wanted. He asked us if we had pegs, which Mom did. He asked if we had screws, which she did. I was impressed because he knew those were items one would need and suggested same. My Mom asked him his name. He said it was Nick.They started talking and she then asked him about screen doors. He walked us over to that area. He asked questions and they were able to determine what she needed. He then discussed hinges and we went to 2 different places, which saved us time and energy. Then he went a bit further and asked about handles. He walked us everywhere we needed to go. My Mom was on a roll. He walked her to each aisle and showed her an item and explained each until she decided what was best for her needs. I just followed with the cart so she could fill it up. He was patient and kind to her. It was much quicker and we wasted no time or energy walking all over the place. I must say that this shopping experience was the best ever. Thank you.

The personnel at the Crescent Springs Home Depot is exceptional. It is our new Home Depot destination.

I have shopped this store since it was opened and have always found the staff very helpful. They are willing to stop what they are doing to help me look for an object that I am unable to find. They are willing to refer me to another store if they don't carry the object. It is a great store!!

Clean and well stocked store. The staff has always been a pleasure to work with at this location. I prefer this location out of the two other stores that are as close to me as this store. It's quick to get in and out and find help in this location.

You can't find better more complete service in any other "big box store" in the area. All employees are friendly, helpful, efficient and very knowledgeable about their area. The store shelves are almost always totally stocked and labeled for you to find your product.
