Bought this Edger to replace the trimmer head on My Ryobi, Live half hour away due to distance and always heavy traffic getting close to my Home Depot. Come to find out when I open the box it was a return and was missing parts. Why was this even back in the shelf? I didn't go to Home Depot for a used Edger head and missing parts for the price of a new one. Yes, I could return but it takes me an hour round trip when I go to Home Depot and have kids that make it a hassle to try to come to Home Depot. Disappointed in Returns saying this was fine to put back on the shelf

I came today to look at the appliances. This store has a great selection but what was better than the selection was the professionalism, patience, and knowledge that an employee by the name of Noah had. He made my visit a great one and I appreciate his help today. Thank you.

Two young female employees at self service checkout were unfriendly, unhelpful and are too bothered to stop their socializing with one another to help a customer. They are paid to provide service. Shameful

If you need to find a product search it online before you head there because staff don't really help, you have to chase after them and they usually avoid you. They all do that; like they are all trained that way. If it only happens to me, then they are discriminating...

Had trouble finding product I needed. After asking several employees Gustavo asked if I needed help. Was able to not only locate the correct item I needed but assisted in product recommendations for what we were needing. Also helped us get the lawnmower we came for after we were about to leave without it cause we were unsure if it would work with our Ryobi products at home. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Danielle and ProDesk is very knowledgeable and pleasant to do any of my Pro purchases with. Anytime, there is a problem she resolves it, I highly recommend this location because of her

My purchase was for a kitchen appliance - service was excellent - prompt and loading of the refrigerator was impressive. Pretty heavy unit and the store associates worked together to best lift and load onto the truck.

The batteries are scattered everywhere and locked up. The employees can't find the keys. I spent thirty minutes trying to buy one and game up..

Everything I have purchased or rented from this store has been top notch, very good quality and lots of selection.

I had an amazing customer service experience. I was looking for paint and was helped out significantly by Monica , as she was helping multiple member at a time. Also she assisted me with getting my paint to where I was satisfied. She needs a raise !!

Went looking for washer dryer combo to replace older ones we have, took advantage of the Black Friday sales and bought some still dropping over 3k but I guess even on sale this is what they cost now. Purchased on 11/24/23 and they said they should be delivered by 12/22/23 so not sure if they’ll work but they sure are pretty in the store. Real review remains to be seen. Advise to check receipt due to price difference for accessories on receipt compared to website price (around 50 dollars). Naomi was the sweet girl that checked us out and seemed to know what she was talking about so thats a plus (she was actually pretty awesome) which is not something you would always find in Home Depot. Anyway hope these work out.
