No one would help in the paint department

While trying to find a certain product it was harder to find an associate to get help, I have shopped at this location several times in the past and it has only gotten worst , You should be ashamed of letting this store to become so BAD

Been to this store as a last resort several times. Never ever has any store anywhere been so poorly run and staffed. The only help you get is from sales reps that doesn’t even work for HD and they’ve got no knowledge of what you’re trying to buy.

I had trouble finding an item. A sales representative walked me across the store and made sure that I was able to find what I was looking for. A sale cashier made sure that I received my military discount after having trouble locating the QR code on the Home Depot app on my phone. Both of these Home Depot employees are the perfect example of what excellent customer service looks like.

Service was awesome , cashier Lance was very helpful. And most important in this case. I found what I was looking for in no time ,thanks to well trained employees.

I had gone to home Depot to order the Ryobi pole saw as I have ordered other Ryobi products there before to my surprise they had that pole saw on hand no need to order I can use it today I do love the Ryobi products as you need only one 18 volt battery to run all of them extremely happy with Ryobi

I have purchased items from this store on many occasions and have always found all employees to knowledgeable and always found the store to be well stocked. It also has a top notch garden department.

The appliance associate seemed upset he had to help me with a purchase of a washer and the manager seemed relieved that I canceled my order rather than him trying to find a solution to my delivery date.

Was looking for a particular tool which they had and the competitor did not. Employee retrieved the tool from the locked area and told he there was a special on that item where you buy a battery/charger you get the tool free. I already have batteries and chargers so I only needed the tool. The battery charger was the same price as the tool so basically I got a battery and charger for free. I appreciate this action very much. He went way above the normal to take us to the area where the sale was displayed and had the items held so we could continue shopping.

THANKFUL FOR DARBY HELPING ME OUT

It seems that no matter what time I go to this Home Depot the isles are always congested with unopened goods, or completely gated off with no employees around doing anything. There are always long lines at the customer service desk and lines to check out. The Home Depot veterans discount is limited to specific items and when I requested assistance because the discount wasnt applied the response was "Yes Home Depot has made changes to their veterans discount program and there is nothing we can do about it in the store." Home depot used to care, but over the past few months, for some reason I dont get that impression. I go elsewhere whenever I can. You should to.

This store always has what I need

The store informed an associate at the 151 location that they’d hold 6 planters for me at the garden register. We arrived to the store within 15 mins and the cashier in the garden center claimed they knew nothing about it. Not once did they inquire about what the item was nor did they offer assistance in any form. I found a different associate who tried to help but was unsuccessful in locating the planters. The associate claimed they were placed at self checkout and was left unattended for a brief time in which they think someone else must have grabbed them. I asked to speak to a manager and Mike claimed he was the manager and could help me. After being in the store for 45 minutes and multiple associates searching for the planters, Mike informed me that there wasn’t anything else they could do since they were unable to locate the planters. I asked if the store would cover the $8.99 shipping cost to my home for the inconvenience and they said they couldn’t. Instead they recommended I go to customer service and place my order since they’d be able to get it shipped to the store for free. The lady at customer service said she’d go hunt down the planters herself, making our time in store that much longer. Which mind you multiple associates had already searched prior to us reaching customer service. She quickly came back with Mike and informed us what we already knew “she couldn’t find any”. Even though I was already livid, I still placed the order for the planters which per the cashier and per my receipt they were going to be ready for pickup 5/22/22 at 9am, which was the next morning. I go to the store after lunch to pick up my planters to be told that they weren’t coming in until WEDNESDAY! WHAT!! They guy said on the cashier told you they wouldn’t be ready till Wednesday, which he wasn’t even there so not sure how he came up with that. I showed him my SIGNED receipt that showed pickup 5/22/22 at 9AM and he said oh yeah she’s knew so she told you after you had signed. Not sure that makes any sense whatsoever. I drove to this location twice for ultimately nothing. Extremely disappointed in the service and management. I canceled my order and will go to a different location moving forward.

I asked for help with air compressors and two store associates helped me by not only selecting the best one for my needs but even loaded it on the cart the got for me. The cashier, Briana, was one of the best I have ever encountered.

When walking around the store I look to see what items are displayed for either sale or ideas

We bought everything we needed to renovate our bathroom here and we got so much useful advice and help whenever we needed some.

Nothing beats customer service!
