Overall customer service was horrible

Rude employees that assume the worst of its customers.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a patio set with a floor assistant. Who assisted us with the information needed to get us to customer service and order the furniture of our choice. Which would be delivered in a very reasonable timeframe ! Thank you for the help !

It's good for remodeling supplies...but to get help there is almost so impossible.

The employees are lazy. They don't work to resolve or help the customer; they cite story policy and move on. I was told by 3 different employees there were 3 different stipulations for military discounts. They do not apply discounts to lumber, but others do! I recommend going across the street.

The store is like a laboratory with many scientists working together and many assistants asking questions and learning. It's like a huge learning center. There is always something interesting when we talk a store associate there. I can't think of a time when I was not satisfied.

Darby in paint Dept not friendly or very helpful. Ask for someone else. Darby should feel lucky to have a job these days.

The employees at this store will walk by you and even if you stop them for help they walk off and don’t return. I waited an hour and a half for a order that was placed the day before and finally had to get a manager to help me

This store needs a much needed update and a change of attitude in treating their customers with gratitude and etiquette especially in the paint department. There seems to be a very rude anti social young lady who needs social skills when taking care of customers. I guess smiling, greeting, and saying thank you costs to much.

I just like this store better than others in the San Antonio Area. The bathrooms are always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. This location has a much better flow to it's lay out. I find it easier to shop for what I'm looking for. The only thing I wish this store had is more flat carts and more carts for lumbar. I usually must search the parking lot or find someone leaving and get their cart. That is the only negative thing about this location. Everything else is great.

This store is awesome!! There’s this ine lady name deyjah that works there and she’s always willing and ready to help everyone!! I’ve seen her on the registers, working on machines loading and unloading, she’s so great! She’s the only reason I keep coming back to this specific store!!

I am a female carpenter. If you are female, do yourself a favor and pick any other Home Depot or home improvement store in the area. The floor staff is habitually rude and dismissive towards women and the floor is poorly stocked compared to other Home Depots in the area.

Employees at the Front Desk are so helpful and polite, I've spoken with a young lady a couple of times, I think her name was Mariska, really made things go smoothly even when a problem arose. The curbside employees are also so nice, very efficient!

My visit at Home Dep today 9 Feb 2021 was the worst experience ever. Two employees at the kitchen customer service counter talking and ignoring the customer. Then I ask for a specific toolkit to repair my kitchen tile and they direct me to go find it in one of the main tile isles. At the checking out stationed two employees talking to each other and not helping customers.

I purchased a washer/dryer and the customer service during the initial purchase as well as on a follow on visit to customer service concerning a price match was exceptional. Customer care has greatly improved at this location since my last visit over a year ago. Great customer service by Angela and her manager Kendra for resolving my issue as well as to the sales associate (Tanya, I believe) who originally sold us the washer/dryer

Great store with an excellent inventory and plenty of parking, clean and stocked well with great prices on all the inventory. Special order works for thousands of items that have be built or just can not be stocked in the store. Have not had a bad experience in the store and I have shopped there since it was built. Plenty of associates to get help when you need it.

Excellent store to find appliances or do-it-yourself items in any home category.

Very friendly and helpful staff at this Home Depot!

We were in need of paint and on both trips we received what we needed in a timely manner and also got insight about paint types to help us with our job. The associates were helpful and I'm glad we've moved to the area. We'll definitely be visiting this store.

This store is extremely organized and all employees are polite and helpful. If you have any questions feel free to stop and ask any associate they will make sure to point you in the right direction or lead you to an associate that can help you with all your home improvement needs

This store is always so clean and organized. The floor staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Even the customers are friendly and will offer a hand if you appear confused. The ladies at self checkout are the best. If you ever want to learn about store programs or have a question about your purchase, Ms. Gloria is your go to cashier. She's the best! If I ever move from this side of town, I would travel all the way back to this Home Depot for my household project purchases.
