I needed to tune up my Snow Blower. Pat Beam in Tool Rental did the job within a week and gave me a great price. He could not have been nicer.

Out of stock of many items. It felt like going to a "Going out of Business" sale. Unorganized.

Great store! Very clean, especially in the time of Covid. Most important is the FANTASTIC customer service. Went to multiple areas of the store and had help in each one. The employees were very helpful! Knowledge + Friendly = One happy customer. Huge shout-out to Brenda in Paint! She knows her stuff and helped from picking color to getting the right tools without going overboard or only pointing to the most expensive items. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, but she was a shining star!

Love shopping at this store very clean ,makes me feel safe during covid times . Also cashier Ann is really nice always has a great attitude and friendly.

Great store - tons of products available on demand. I had the pleasure of working with Keith in the plumbing department and he was outstanding. Super friendly guy and very knowledgeable. He helped me from start to finish and ensured that I had all of the supplies I needed. He was honest and even helped me load the items into my car. Excellent guy and a great help.

Frank helped me with my returns very patience and friendly. He made my day and hope he will be recognized by his managers. I could see everyone else ( other employees) was working as a good team to help each other which was a good example of team work. Thanks Frank and Home Depot for the great experience.

I'm a pro contractor. Customer service here has been awful - a real inconvenience to help customers find a store with items not in stock since this store never has enough items in stock. Lazy employees here - I wonder how inconvenienced they are at properly disinfecting against COVID! Lady in kitchen/bath countertops has awful attitude and does not know her stuff. 'Had to find another department to properly fill the order there. One year later she still works there! Electrical parts dept. is awful. Boxed items found at incorrect listings buy stock person, not customers shifting items. Electrical dept. does not know their stuff to fulfill an electrician's needs. Vernon Hills and Glenview stores have far better returns, employee attitude and stock. Skip this store.

Given the current Covid circumstances, I feel very comfortable shopping at Home Depot in Deerfield. If you notice, its always very clean. Furthermore... You wont find another big box hardware store around with the level of service they provide. Product is well stocked here.

One of the male employees was really rude and apparently doesn't think he needs to wear a mask properly besides around his neck. Won't shop here any again.

This was easily the worst home depot I have ever been too. I was looking for paneling and couldn't find anyone in the department. I tracked down 3 other employees, but they refused to help me because it wasn't their department. They also wouldn't call anyone for me or tell me where I could find anybody to tell if they had any more stock. Bill was especially rude. The store was not clean and I was told by everyone they were too busy to help me, clean anything up or apparently care about wearing their face masks. Interesting when there is a cap on the number of people in the store at any one time. Overall, the people there are a sad commentary on who works at home depot.

Everyone was really helpful and friendly. I was able to get everything I needed in less than 20 minutes (including cut lumber).

I shop at this store fairly regularly for my home improvement and outdoor landscaping needs. Though I'm glad Home Depot is still open during the Covid-19 virus pandemic circumstance, should I be troubled or concerned to find that Home Depot store employees/management make no request or requirement of persons entering the store to wear facial mask protection as required by Deerfield. Though many were wearing facial masks, many others were not. Yet this Home Depot did not require those persons to abide by the measures adopted by the municipal government.

This Home Depot is the best Home Depot in the state of Illinois and far superior to their local competition. Outstanding service!!!

Do not visit this store. I was there today around 1:30 and the cashier is sick. He was sneezing all over the self check out monitors, all over the scan guns and all over the customers. The second cashier was complaining about not having any tissues or sanitizer wipes. UN REAL!

Bery helpful employees

This store has consistently been able to satisfy my needs, and the associates at this store have been great. In particular, I purchased three appliances there in the past four months. Yes, you may find a wider assortment of appliances at some other competitors, but my experience has been that Home Depot prices the ones that it carries very competitively and at prices no greater than those of the other retailers I might consider. Also, if you need a lawnmower or snow blower tune up at a reasonable price, their rental department (where this activity is conducted) has been absolutely terrific (unbeatable would be a more appropriate word).
