Very clean & very friendly and helpful staff! I stopped at this store as a closer HD was out of stock of a part - the staff here helped me quickly find what I needed and even found additional inventory to help fill the large quantity of items I wanted. I'm glad I stopped in here!

Generally, you can get good advise at this store. There seems to be a bunch of retired/older people working here that are not only friendly but also have excellent technical advise.I overheard one worker tell a customer where to go to get a product that he needed that they were out of. And, where not to go. This is excellent and unusual advise.

Johnny who works in the reuturn area is an excellent example of an employee who cares to help everyone! Great Job!!!

Always a great experience at this location. Man who greets the customers seemingly knows every item the store sells! Then, when I get to where I'm going I'm generally met by an employee who helps me locate just what I'm looking for. Very consistent good service.

I AM SHOPPING AT THIS STORE FOR 5 YEARS NOW. I NOW KNOW MANY OF THE EMPLOYEES AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THIS IN TURN MAKES ME WANT TO SHOP HERE FIRST.

This is my neighborhood Home Depot. The staff are very knowledgeable and always available. Well stocked with the items I need to do home projects.

Jeremy in the paint department is super helpful does the most to make sure I’m satisfied as a customer. seems like he knows a lot about the department that he works in and always give me the best advice and I appreciate that.

I frequent the store on a regular basis and the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Megan particularly goes up and beyond in customer service. She showed me how to replace a torn window screen, so I could do that task in the future. I recommend this store to all my neighbors.

We had a great experience at Home Depot as we were buying a washer and dryer. We worked with Mort and he was great at listening to what we needed and worked with us to make that happen. The other employees we walked past were also extremely friendly! Great experience.

sensational personal sales assistant

I had an online order of a chandelier that had come in incorrect and damage. I went to the home depot in Deerfield three times trying to get a refund. Each time I went there no one at the customer service desk could issue me a refund on my order, it was pass the nine day return period. Well this Saturday I showed up at the Deerfield store and was greeted by Veneisha at the service desk and told her my situation. Within 45 minutes, I had my full refund issued and a new order was placed for me, with a 10 % discount. I have written to corporate in Atlanta and I hope upper management knows that they have an exceptional employee on their hands and that they do everything to keep her here. As I was being taken care of, I apologize to the guy behind me for taking too long and he reply " No problem take your time, I'll wait for her, because I know i will get my situation taken care of." People were lining up to be taken care of by this young lady. She apologize to everyone for the wait and proceed to help everyone. Great service and great employee.

Very helpful and courteous staff! I always find exactly what I need with the support of the staff at HD--plus they give me all sorts of tips and the desk I just refinished turned out beautifully thanks to the guidance from the paint/stain department.

All the staff, including the humorous cashiers, go above and beyond to assist customers quickly and with a smile. This is the best Home Depot in the Chicagoland area. Keep up the great work!
