Always have what we need and if they don’t they will get it! Cashiers are friendly and personable.

Customer service has a really bad attitude. Not very willing to help. Very disappointing.

This store is one of the best in CT, always clean and managed well. The Staff is always there to help .It is truly a rewarding experience to shop here because you will find all your products in a neat and easy to get manner. Kudos to a great management team!!!!!

I stopped into the Derby Home Depot to get some paint for a bathroom project. Tommy in the paint department was extremely helpful and very friendly.

I like this store , all the Cashiers are so friendly. Donna was so happy and cheerful today.

I was looking for items to remove grout from a tub/wall joint and was helped by a Dept. employee that suggested the items I might use. It turned out that they suggested just what I needed, and was able to complete my work.

I made an online purchase and when it came in the boxes were destroyed which resulted in the product being damaged, the items had to be returned and then re-ordered. The Customer service representative was excellent, kind, patient and very helpful.

Great people! Fully stocked.

Sean Quin at the Derby Store went above and beyond for me!! He took a horrible situation from Samsung not taking responsibility for a defective dishwasher and gave me hope that there is people who do care! He had compassion understanding, kindness, and went above and beyond for me and my family! I’m so grateful to him!!! He is the perfect example of what excellence in customer service is and management !! Thank you so much Sean!!!

We purchased flooring for our basement from this store and all of the staff went above and beyond to help us find everything we need. We will definitely be back!

Carla was a big help with a problem at the self-service checkout.

The store was a mess, and items were in the wrong places on the shelves. There were very few employees available, and the ones i did talk to had NO idea what i was looking for or were not helpful. And finally there was only ONE register open with a lone of people waiting and some sort of issue with the people trying to checkout which forced me to use the self checkouts which I absolutely hate using and generally refuse to use under any other conditions. And without fail, the self checkout then required employee intervention which wasted even more of my time. I do not reccomend home depot, and I especially don’t reccomend this location

I recently returned an item. I asked for my credit card back. Representative said I gave it back to you. I couldn't find it. Representative asked if she could help me find it. I said yes. She found it in my jacket sleeve. She was so patient.
