I always find everything I need in this store! Every employee I encounter here is friendly and helpful. I will add pictures after I complete my DIY project. :)

Very busy place but always have what I need

Don't ever buy this product if you're expecting mulch...this stuff is the worst quality ever.

Bill and lisa and Sarah were so kind did an amazing job going above and beyond to help me get the great customer service that I needed. If you need help in hardware look for bill he the best!!

Francis at pro perks was awesome, patient and went out of her way to assist us find what we needed.

Great place to shop anything

If you can't find an item in a store ask an associate to look online for you. They have the capabilities and, boy, does it help.

I shop frequently at the Derby Home Depot I have never had a bad experience, the store is neat,clean, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to lend a helping hand.

They need more people on the registers and less of the self-checkout aisles. It was a mad house there this morning with only one cashier working.

I usually hate going in this type of store because I'm so out of my element and there never seems to be anyone around to help. My experience today was totally different. Terrific customer service from Chad and cashier Diana. I'll definitely go back more often.

Cashiers are almost always helpful, Aisles are almost always obstructed with something or other

Even at 10pm Michelle was happy to help and helped me with everything I needed until I was completely satisfied!! She was great!

Two days ago I needed to have some keys made and was made aware when I arrived that there was a kiosk where I would make them myself. Having never done this before, Veronica, seen the look of panic on my face lol and asked a fellow employee by name of Frances to please assist me. Both women, Veronica & Frances, were extremely helpful and very kind and made me feel very comfortable. This is great because at times I feel a bit intimidated to walk into hardware businesses as I’m not familiar with much when it comes to this. Even the gentleman that I originally asked for help (but was busy with another customer at the time) made sure to ask me before I left if I was taken care of. Had a great experience and will be back.

WIFE SHOPPED FOR HANGING FLOWER BASKETS AT THE GARDEN CENTER , FOUND EXACTLY WHAT SHE NEEDED AT A GREAT PRICE.

I needed to place a special order, for privacy slats -you insert & thread into a chain link fence. I was able to place the order at this store and have the product delivered to my home. This product is great and the whole experience was wonderful. Their outdoor plants are great too. I bought 3 nice shrubs too.

I returned a fan without a receipt and wanted to exchange it and Carla in Returns/Exchanges made the whole experience wonderful.

I needed to return a shower head I bought from the Stamford location. It was missing an integral part. It was probably returned but never checked to see if it was complete. Al was the customer service rep who did the return and he was splendid. He allowed me to check the box on the new shower head to make sure everything was there. He was friendly, courteous and showed concern. You may think this is a run of the mill encounter, but sometimes you get people who really aren’t good at their job or meant for customer service. Al is not one of those people. Everyone else in the store was great as well. This is a great store.

The Derby store is filled with friendly, helpful employees. Especially Diane!

Everyone at this Home Depot in Derby was super friendly! Especially Natasha!! She was great whn I was checking out.

Ran in to HomeDepot tonight and they had everything I needed. I was able to check out with a sales cashier Natasha who was very nice and friendly.

I was very impressed with Maureen, I regularly use the self checkout and am familiar with the process. Maureen was helpful, but not intrusive

It is employees like Ms. Danielle that make the shopping experience at Home Depot a good one. She was very friendly, attentive and went out of her way to make our time at home depot a good one.

HIGHLY recommend going SOMEWHERE ELSE if you need any sort of help from an employee. NO ONE is willing to help. I basically begged 4 people to help me, until he 5th person (Tom, who is the best thing in that store!) helped me. No one will walk you over to where something is, they will point or say, "I don't know" and walk away.
