The best Home Depot If there’s a hardware store did you want to visit the Home Depot Dixie Highway is one of the best ones I have been to

Tristan the operations manager lie to tread around the fact that he has no idea what he is talking about the store manager kimmy will never be available and will ignore all calls and emails.

On 10/12/22 we bought a new frig for our home, plus a full appliance suite for a rental. Our experience w/ associate Skip was excellent but since then things have rocketed downhill Our frig was to be delivered today 10/19 but got call that truck broke down so no frig until 10/31 which is not acceptable. We went to store to discuss options and apparently a major chain like HD has no ability to look at coming up with a Plan B for such situations. The thinking seems to be, "Glad to have your $5000 in business, but sorry nothing more we can do." Not cool HD ... not cool and I ain't just talking about not having a frig for 3 more weeks!

Customer service desk (Ashley) plays the "I will" game without any intention of following through. If you can't or won't, be honest. Trust is broken.

Paint Dept. employees too obsessed with their phones to give me the correct samples I asked for, I felt invisible as a customer, will NEVER shop at this store again.

We went in to purchase house remodeling items. David didn’t give us the military discount. So he canceled the transaction after charging us. Redid it, had us swipe our card again, took every last penny in my account. The manager refused to provide proof we were being refunded, wouldn’t let us take any paid for items. Now the charge has posted in my bank account and nobody at the store will help us.

This store is very close to our house. We are there often. Until about 2 years ago this was our "go to" store. Employees were always helpful and courteous. Due to COVID, there employees were there less and less and it became horrible to find assistance especially in the evening hours. The last couple of months things appear to be getting better. I am so hopeful this trend will continue.

We are redoing our kitchen. It's definitely a process. Everyone in this process has been great. Lana and Beverly in kitchen. The front desk has been superb. Had a couple returns and exchanges. Manager on duty help when needed. Has made this process so much more enjoyable. Ty. So much.

Wonderful experience with Home Depot at Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY

I went in today to pick up the document which listed my PAID for doorway measurements; that way I have it in hand. First off the female, named Alisa, was incredibly rude, condescending, spoke negatively about me while calling the manager (while I was standing in front of her), and demonstrated attitude when I did not understand things and asked. She told the manager that I “was adamant” and “i explained to her, but she isn’t getting it.” She was short with her responses, and did not hear me out when I tried to explain what I was looking for. I repeatedly told her I wasn’t trying to be rude, I just didn’t understand. When the assistant manager, male named Joe, arrived (after I asked to speak with a manager) he proceeded to say “it’s a Home Depot policy to not give the paperwork to the customer.” He stated because “what if hypothetically something happened;” he did not provide any further details or to what the “something” was. He kept repeating himself. He was also rude and short in responses. He further stated, “I know the Home Depot policy, you don’t, and how you are perceiving me telling you the policy is weird.” More training is recommended. Accommodations should be made for individuals who pay for services.

This Home Depot is one of the best Home Depot I have ever visited.

Excellent service and lot's of help! Jim and Carol went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. My sciatica get's cranky and they saved me so many steps looking for products. Amazing service!

I went in to purchase an electric heater, I knew another store across town had it at a lower price, the cashier called for a manager and she gave me the other stores price without any problem at all. They earned my business from now on.

If you need help and can't find anyone...go to Appliances section and ask for "Dubow". He's legit and caring!!! Trust.

I went in knowing what I wanted but ended up with several issues buying a washer, dryer, and microwave. Elijah worked thru all of the issues with patience and made sure we got the appropriate discounts.

JP GO'S BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was very pleased with Home Depot and the service I received from the associate in the appliance department who helped me purchase a new washer. The store has a large selection of brands and styles. I chose one that fit me needs and purchased it with my Home Depot credit card. The delivery service was first rate. The men had my old machine removed and my new machine set up and working within a half hour. The were also very courteous.

While waiting 45 minutes for someone in the flooring department, 9 people walked by and never acknowledged us or asked if we needed help.

Store staff needs to learn customer service skills. Some people are not meant for working with the public and this store has a lot of them. If you like Home Depot I would recommend going to the Preston Hwy store. Much neater store with friendly staff.

I purchased a garage door opener in April, and I wanted to have it installed. It took several phone calls and two additional trips to the store to speak to a person about installation. I paid for installation nearly two weeks ago and I haven't heard from the store or the installer since then. It's near impossible to get anyone on the phone, and when I do I always get redirected to someone's voicemail. The cashiers have all been very pleasant and helpful, but the process for getting a garage door installed is deeply flawed and I would recommend you go anywhere but here if that's what you're looking for.

If anyone needs paint. Go ask for Annikan in the paint department d he will go above and beyond for your needs. World needs more people like him for sure.

Could not ask for better help then the lady provided me, she went above and beyond to make sure I was tooken great care of!

The store had everything that I was looking for. Help with shopping was readily available and the store helpers seem to enjoy answering questions and leading you to the item that I was looking for. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to do so,

People that work there are nice.

We recently bought kitchen cabinets and counter tops from this store. Beverly was awesome in assisting us!! She guided us through the entire process and helped us get the cabinets best suited for our kitchen. The other employees we encountered were friendly and very welcoming. We love this Home Depot!!
