When you go into a home to give floor and carpet estimate if you must sit the appropriate place should be on a couch or kitchen chair. They sat in my bed and my grandson's bed and that is unacceptable. Why bother wearing a mask if you are going to put germs all in my bed. I threw away my mattresses because of being afraid of virus. I feel like he violated my privacy and personal space.

Came to my home to give estimate for vinyl flooring and carpet. With concerns about virus I was thankful he wore a mask. However while in my home he sat on my grandson's race car bed. I thought ok at least the comforter was on the bed and tucked in so I could wash it and probably be ok. Then he sat on my bed in my room the bed wasn't made. My quilt, comforter, and blankets were all over the bed. He was sitting in my bed on my sheets right where I sleep at. I am furious, it is not appropriate to sit in someone's bed. At least in the basement he sat on the couch. That is where someone should sit if necessary. I am so upset that I threw away my mattresses, pillows and sheets. I couldn't stand the thought of sleeping in my bed again after that older mans was sitting in it. I feel like he violated my privacy. No man should be in my bed without my permission first. It is unacceptable and rude. He also made remarks saying I should go in other rooms while he measured. And he made comments about cartoons being on TV when kids weren't in the house. As far as I am concerned what I watch is none of his business and they were g rated cartoons. I am upset what was the point of wearing a mask if he was going to put his germs all over my grandson's bed and my bed. I am now out the cost of my mattresses, pillows, and sheets. My memory foam mattress was absolutely the most comfortable mattress I have ever had and it was still pretty new. I had bought it a couple of years ago. So I am very disappointed and furious that what should have been a simple floor estimate that cost $35.00 is costing me hundreds of dollars to replace mattresses that he never should have been on. He invaded my personal and private space.

This store managers will go the extra mile to make it right. That's good enough for me. My hat's off to Ray, Donte, and Missy. Customer service knows what you're there for, "make it right" and they do that.

This store was perfect until COVID-19 struck. Now, not so much if you have a moving disability. I order as much as I can online, but sometimes I must pick-up my order or visually see something to make a purchase. On Saturday, May 9 I arrived at this store to pick-up my online order and to select 60 watt light bulbs.I accomplished both and all was good until I had to exit the store. I must use a cane to move about and I am authorized to use handicap parking. I know the layout of the store so I parked in a spot closest to the online order pickup counter. Someone else was being waited on so I went to the light bulb section close by. Made my selection and returned to the online pickup area. All was well until I got ready to leave and was told that I needed to walk to the opposite end of the store to exit. It was obvious to other customers that I was in pain because they asked to assist me. I requested the manager, but after waiting 15 minutes, and enduring more pain I left. No motorized cart! We should be allowed to leave the same way that we entered--still practicing safe spacing since there are not that many of us there at the same time.

Curbside service was a waste. We waited over 45 minutes outside for no one to come only to have to come inside and wait 30 more minutes for our curbside order. Employees were very rude..

STEVE at the Pro Desk was an amazing problem solver and went way above and beyond in helping me when I was at my wits end. On a separate trip, Brian stopped his work to walk me all over the store to find exactly what was needed. This store has GREAT employees!!

The salespeople were rude and unhelpful. Did not have a good selection of lawn mowers on hand, and I had to get delivery from another store for a $2699.00 mower. When the mower was delivered it would not start or run. When I asked for a refund they directed me to the store that had delivered the mower, and had not set up the mower before delivery, and I ended up making multiple phone calls with extended holds before a refund was issued. Very dissatisfied with the experience, I will never shop there again, and I definitely do not recommend this store. Would give it a rating of 0 stars if possible.

Some employees not sanitizing customers scanners in self-checkout and are rude when asking them to.

I had a stressful situation that until a Home Depot employee got involved and helped me and realized I did not think I could finish me purchase . GOD BLESS her. she calmed me down and made me feel at ease, and SHE took care of everything. Now I know a lot of you reading this may think I am over playing this. WELL THATS BECAUSE YOU CAN USE A COMPUTER AND PROBLY A SMARTPHONE. I on the other hand , well I stink. I have most my attemps , fixed by my daughter of grandson. sometimes the bank has to repair my purchases. THANK YOU , YOU ARE MY ANGEL. I got what I needed. why do things have to be so complaaacated?

This Southend End store has always provided well for my needs. If I need help they are there and if I'm in a Hurry, I can usually be out in a jiffy.

The most helpful store I've ever been too.

The store was very clean and neat, I found the product I was looking for very easily, the associates were helpful and nice to me and my family, I was in and out and used the self check out that was very simple to use.

I shopped this store on black Friday. The place was packed but well organized and checkout was a breeze. I needed help from an associate twice. They were available and helpful.

Great associates at this store. Phil helped me chose an outdoor security light and actually assembled it, adding a box and everything. He showed me how to adjust the type of lighting also. All I had to do was attach it with two screws when I got home. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and knowledgeable he was.

The employees make this store a fun experience. We always get ideas for our DIY projects

My visit was awesome. Three different associates help me with advise on selections,locating products and friendly speedy checkout!

I walked into the big Home Depot building with no idea of where I was going to get the items that I purchased. I asked two different employees where I could find the water hose sprayers that I needed to purchase. They both gate me detailed location information for me to find the sprayers and water sprinklers that I needed to purchase.

I love shopping here because the customer service is amazing and the store is so organized.

Impossible to find what I needed. Even MORE impossible to find anyone to help me find what I needed. Had THREE employees tell me where to find the ZEP Tree Root Product-&-all three had me going from one end of the store to the other & back! Still couldn't find what I needed. I needed washers for a faucet, I was told I didn't need it and to buy Teflon tape-I HAVE Teflon tape-I needed a washer. Took over 45 minutes to find anyone to help me in the carpet. I needed plywood-but it was up high. Employees did get it down. I had to go find the ZEP for the 3d time. When I got back to the wood, the pieces cut were garbage & rotted. I can understand it may be an ordeal to cut it but I was a Customer after all. I asked if another piece could be cut-it was obvious I should have went to Lowes. I felt quite pushed to accept the damaged plywood. I am confused why Home Depot would even accept plywood in this condition, much less sell it to a Customer. After all the hoopla with the plywood, I felt obligated to purchase the substandard wood. The Cashier was kind & professional. Upon exiting the store, Employees were helping with the carts. As the Employees loaded the plywood into my vehicle, the wood cracked the windshield! Unbelievable. How could Home Depot employee folks who obviously have no regard for the property of it's Customers? Sure, I received an apology but I have yet to be contacted by Home Depot to have the repair done. Very upsetting, very unacceptable Home Depot.

The customer service was outstanding in this store! I found what I needed and had someone helping me the whole time, and loaded my car as well.

I like that this store is close to where I live and work. The personnel were courteous and prompt to assist. I didn't have to wait for an hour for a sales associate to assist me, like I did at another brand store. I found what I needed quick, didn't have to hassle with hundreds of rude customers blocking isles and letting kids run about, and was able to grab my goods and check-out within minutes from walking in. Isles were not blocked with stock and the store was overall clean and safe. All isles were properly labeled and flowing in a manner that helped me find what I needed quickly.

Availability of merchandise, fair price and cleanliness of the store

Every time I go in the store I am greeted by a friendly helpful employee. It's always a quick check out and they usually have everything that I need at some of the best prices you can find on Dixie highway.
