The quality of the store is really great they have almost any product which is great because I live nearby, I also shop here very frequently and had a great experience from an cashier Naryha as she helped me to my vehicle with my purchased items as I couldn't carry them because of a back injury, she really made my day and made my experience there 100 times better.

Treated pretty badly by customer service. Would not honor online price even though it was the price for the specific store. Staff rude and unruley anbout it and spoke down to us.

The staff and employees are very helpful. They always ask if you need any assistance and direct you to that item location and/or escort you there. They are always stocked with my shopping wishes. The location and parking is great.

The store is convenient to my home. Employees are very friendly and helpful. The employees will walk with you to the other side of the store to make sure you find the item you are looking for; even if they are busy doing something else. I have shopped here for many years. Today an employee shared information about Zep Foaming Citrus Degreaser & Cleaner. I wondered if it was ok to use on kitchen cookware and which of two products he thought was the best. I took his advise and kidded with him if I didn't like it I knew where he worked. I always come to The Home Depot store #2302 Dixie Highway, Louisville, Kentucky 40216. Thanks for being there!

Very Well Stocked and good prices. Almost always find everything I am looking for. If Home Depot does not have it, more than likely their Competition does not have it either.

Store was very busy for a nice weekend day. Still, each associate we encountered was very helpful and good ideas for our projects and simple enough instructions to accomplish them. They took the time to be of service!

The PRO DESK employees are real PROS! My order was taken correctly and a convenient delivery was set.

Went in to purchase new unfinished cabinets, and was able to find the materials I needed. Keivonna was very polite at the checkout, and had a great atmosphere about her. Nice experience from my orange store.

The store is clean. That's it! Horrible customer service. Uneducated employees and nasty customer service people. I would rather that no one be in the store when I shop there. Very expensive parts only to have to return them. I will use Lowes or Amazon from now one.

Watch the parking lot for panhandlers & addicts, we recently came out of the store at dusk and were approached by a man who wouldn't let us get into our car without giving him money. We were scared and just wanted to be on our way. I contacted the mgr. but he didn't seem concerned. Will not shop here again.

MISTY DOES A GREAT JOB!

I had ordered a particular item on July 7, 2018 as it was not in stock. 1st I got a call that said it would be in July 14th, then July 22nd, then etc etc etc. I finally got a notification that the item would not be in at all, as it has been discontinued. I called the Dixie Highway store and I believe I spoke with Grant, in the bathroom department. (I had ordered a bathroom back panel for a shower). He assisted my and even called the Westport road Louisville location, where the product I was looking for was available for pickup. I asked why this information was not available when I initially ordered the part. He hem and haw, and finally was told I could pick up the item at the Westport road location. I finally got the part, but have been totally disappointed with Home Depot for this instance, when I could have gone to another home improvement store and got the whole assembly all at once. I do not feel I should have to pay for the part I finally received, as I was lied to about the arrival and the ultimate disdain I felt upon the completion of my project. I will rethink purchases such as that from Home Depot in the future, making sure I have exhausted all avenues before I purchase from Home Depot.

Store was clean. Associate was helpful. Garden center employees the morning I went were extremely helpful.

Most of the time every thing I need is in stock and there is always some one there that is willing to help with what I need.
