As a newbie to DIY , I found most important part is to find a good place to buy materials. The staff at homedepot in Pinecrest Florida were eager and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome and supported in everyway. Even better, they helped me find tools that made my project much easier! I am no longer intimidated to buy, measure, or cut sheet rock! I definitely recommend this store to anyone.

REDICULOUS, CHECKOUT GIRLS DON'T KNOW ENGLISH. CAN'T COMMUNICATE. TELL THEM CONTRACTOR/TAX EXEMPT THEY JUST STARE AT YOU. TWICE NOW I HAD TO GO BEHIND THE COUNTER 'MYSELF' TO TYPE UNIVERSITY. TWICE! THEY DON'T TRAIN THEM FOR EVEN A MINUTE TO TEACH THEM ABOUT THE JOB, THEY JUST THROW THEM FROM THE STREET TO THE REGISTER. IT'S GETTING BAD.

The Dixie Highway Home Depot is close to my home, so it is the Store of my choice simply because it's close. However, of all of the Home Depots near my area, I prefer to shop here because the Employees recognize me, greet me, every time I'm there, and are always quick to assist me in any way that they can. I LOVE this Store!

I was very happy with our cashier who is very pleasant, and actually asked if we were happy with our transactions. All the people in the store were friendly, had beautiful flowers for Mother’s Day, and recessed lighting for a small project that I started that morning.

Neighborhood Home Depot. Have been coming here for years and the service is always second to none. The store manager Asia was just a gem to me allowing me to sneak in just after closing to swap out a couple propane tanks. This is what putting the customer first is all about.

AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! No sufficient personnel. Waited over half an hour and noone came to provide help. Very very frustrating experience!!

I go out of my way to shop at this particular store because of the friendly staff and clean and organized environment. Even when I don’t find what I need, they take the time to walk me through other options to see if they can figure out another resolution.
