Great store with amazing employees!

This is the only Home Depot Store I usually go, not only because is closer to my home but because the friendly atmosphere and care some of its associates show, specially one by the name of Shirley. Every time I go there employees are just happy and eager to help. The store is kept clean

I love the Pinecrest store. David C. at the return desk was very helpful and kind. Dee Lee in outside garden was very helpful. They make the Pinecrest Home Depot my favorite Home Depot store.

Laundry product shelving was sparse and had lots of empty holes, I could not find my favorite size laundry detergent. I am not happy with my substitute.

Cashier Brianna was cheerful/personable and patient, helping us resolve a credit card application issue. We had bought a grill, which two guys helped load in our SUV, without even being asked to do that.

I was truly impressed by the HD manager (Hugo) who helped me to buy, take apart and pack the 12 foot skeleton display in my car 30 minutes before closing. It was the last one in the store and my Halloween party is going to rock this year!! Thanks for extreme customer service, which made me an extremely happy halloween shopper at the Big HD.
