I am going very often to do shopping at this store

Great products and prices. Excellent customer service

I purchased a microwave back on Dec 21. Delivery and installation was scheduled for 2 weeks later on Jan 7. Then on Jan 7 the microwave did not show up. We simply got an email saying the delivery people could not complete the job. When we called for an update HD informed us we had to reschedule delivery for Jan 13 - another week away. Terrible experience with HD's delivery/installation service.

I visit Home Depot often for various items for the home and projects. This one is one of the best and has the friendliest of your employees

This store has two of the best appliance specialists. Ken was the one that I worked with the most during this major purchase. After a horrible experience ordering online, I came into the store for help, and worked with Ken, the appliance specialist, who helped me select the best appliances, applied all the discounts, and was able to guide me so that I could get timely delivery. He is so knowledgeable and explained the differences between the appliances I was considering and help me select the best choices with great savings! While online specialist were courteous, when making a major purchase as I did, its best to come into the store and speak with a specialist like Ken that really helps his customers make the best decisions on appliances. I really appreciated the personal attention at this store, and the manager of the store, Tony who I spoke with as I walked out to thank him and point out the great service from Ken, is equally professional and cares to ensure customers are happy.

Angelica cashier was very nice! The girl standing at the front Christan also helped me fill out the survey and she was very patient and got me everything I needed.

I went into the Home Depot by the Falls and had excellent customer service. I was approached by three different employees offering to assist. One employee , Jamal Dorce, was fantastic with paint and primer knowledge and went beyond the call of duty.

Renovating my bathroom and all supplies and fixtures were there

If I'm not able to get the customer service and Cutler Bay Miami Fl (Thanks to Carolina who thought i wanted to steal a plant pot!)if I'm not able to get the customer service on a 150nd Coral reef drive Miami FL (Thanks To Patricia treating customerlike cattle Or straight up TRASH) Then I'll definitely travel outside of my neighbourhood to patronise a store that's going to treat me like a human being thank you Jessica at store number 6306 for simply being professional having mannerisms and treating me like I was a person! If you're of a certain colour or a certain race you definitely are profiled when entering these stores and then because they think you don't speak Spanish they start speaking Spanish to disrespect you but I politely let them know despite the colour of my skin I do comprehend! Profiling in some stores. Not store #6306....I've not ran into this behavior at this store!

THE WORST DELIVERY EVER. MACHINE CAME DENTED - IN MORE THAN 1 SPOT. AND THE INSTALLERS COULD NOT INSTALL THE APPLICANDE TO THE SAME PLACE THAT I HAVE AN APPLIANCE. RIDICULOUS.

I love this store, as it is close by, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and the store is always organized and clean. I found the products I needed without hunting all over the store. Everything was clean and neat and the associates were ready to help when I asked for it.

I have ordered a bathtub with expected day to pickup April, 15th. I have received the confirmation that the product was delivered to the store at that day, but they can’t find my order on the store at it has passed 4 days already. This is the 4th time I am coming to the store and still don’t have the product and every time I come here I get different information. I was told that they took 48h to release the product, after that I was told it is on the truck and would be delivered Saturday and on Sunday I was told the full store is under inventory and no trucks were unloaded. Total lack of organization and respect!!! I have workers on my house waiting to install the bath since Thursday. I will start having financial losses associated to that lack of organization. I didn’t expect that from Home Depot!!!

Walked into the store early this morning to purchase an appliance. I was greeted by Diana, Specialty Sales Assistant Store Manager and her staff. Very knowledgeable and professional individuals, she help me to select exactly what I needed and they looked up available discounts for me, without asking. I was in and out of the store in 20 mins. Very pleasant experience in HD this morning!

I shop at this store because of proximity, good neighborhood, Publix and Pollo Tropical near by. Also, the employees are good people. However, your wood department needs better stock, more stock, more variety. The store on 127th and Kendall has a better stock and larger wood department but I don’t like shopping at that store. Parking is a hassle and i never get good service there. I go there when I need to choose good wood.

The fact that we, my husband and I, do not go to any other store, says it all for me. Products are available and if they are not, personnel assists with knowledge and responsibility in finding it and making sure you, as a customer, receive the pertinent attention. We live closer to other stores but we always come to the Pinecrest store, it’s “our store”. Truly! Thank you for your support.

Operations Manager, MaShun Cowans, is excellent. He resolved an issue I was encountering the day I went to this store. Mr. Cowans displayed professionalism, care, patience and a disposition of wanting to help. He embodies what a true manager is all about. I hope to some day soon, see him as a Store Manger - he truly deserves to be.

It’s big and spacious with a wide variety of merchandise and I enjoy taking my time shopping around within this location without a care for time. Simply because the service is great and it’s very encouraging and gives me ideas that I didn’t think of before arriving at the store, because of the layout I’m guessing. It’s an amazing place for shopping, and maybe the only thing to put “the icing on the cake” is to have an aquarium or two either in the garden or within your furniture display :)
