I enjoy this store because it’s always clean and organized and an everyone is helpful and friendly. I’ve never waited in line and there’s always someone available at the self check out to help if needed

Great store to shop at. The Associates are knowledgeable and well informed about their products. They actually go above and beyond!!!

It's not often these days that the purchase of an appliance can be done with very proficient, professional and courteous employees, which is the case at this Home Depot. This was not only a pleasant experience but it was expedited which made the sale even better. I highly recommend Dover Home Depot!

When I come to the store I am greeted and it feels genuine. The staff has always been helpful.

Donna in the paint area is like Ms. Trenchbull in the movie Matilda. Her personality is atrocious. God help any customer that approaches her.

If you ever need to buy Appliances make sure you see Mr. Leo Leopardi. He’s a perfect example of what a Customer Service Specialist is!!!!!! He’s knowledgeable, friendly and beyond attentive.

This is definitely a great Home Depot store. All employees are polite, knowledgeable and ready to help.

I do not go to this home depot often because I feel it's smaller than 2 others I shop at but I was in the area and wanted to pick something up that all home depots tend to carry and have in stock. Keep in mind I was shopping between 9pm and 10pm closing time. I was particularly impressed by the warth and helpfulness of all employees. So helpful, I did not even have to ask, they came to me, made note I was around and searching. For any of you who are a Spiritual, 5D aware person, I can say I was in 5D at the time I was shopping this Home Depot. This is exactly what I experienced. They went out of their way to assist, showed/educated via comparison on products I was looking at. Took me to store locations on products I was interested in. Total of 5 people I interacted with. It started with cashier going to get me a cart as this location does not keep them at entryway, continued with all other employees and ended with same cashier just being so attentive and kind, engaging me professionally warm and kind communication It was very aware of how the employees were just exceptional but not till this morning did I realize, I was in 5D.

As I walked throughout the store, I got greeted by every employee I passed. My cashier Carolyn was super nice and accommodating.

Love that everything is at handy, always find what I need. Everyone there are so friendly and helpful.

Leo was so great when my husband and i was looking at washing machines. he mad eout purchase easy and fast.

Definitely the best home Depot store I have visited in New jersey. I have been to so many throughout the state in this by far has the most experienced employees and the most willing to help employees as well. I prefer this over any other home Depot in the state

I had 3 items on my list. I looked them up on line before I shopped. The actual aisle and bin number was listed. I went immediately to the right aisle, right bin, selected my items, went to self checkout, and was in and out [not the hamburger place!] in no time.

I am completely satisfied with the location which is close to my home. In addition, I usually find the products I am in need of and fairly priced.

Millie was great! So helpful and friendly! She went above and beyond my expectations!!

My general experiences are in the very good to excellent range. Access is easy. The parking lot is clear of carts and adequate in parking space volume.The entry ways are always easy to navigate and free of stuff. The store itself is well organized and, which means well managed, with employees who care.

Staff are very friendly, place is very organized.

Leo in the appliance department is always going above and beyond to help his customers. On today's adventure to home depot we were greeted with a smile and we were assisted in finding everything that we needed. The Dover, NJ store is always clean, organized, and the employees are amazing.

Great customer service

It's always about the help when I go to HD, I am a frequent shopper and know my way around, but whenever I ask for help, it is gladly given.

Walked in the pro department and the 3 folks "working" there looked at me, said nothing and went back to their non work related conversation rather than help me. Thankfully the folks in windows and doors were up to the task of "customer service "

Best Home Depot store in NJ, Everyone is so kind and helpful, they always take the time to make sure you are taking the right product, they always go above and beyond.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Store is cluttered and crowded with items in the aisles.

This is by far the cheapest and fastest way to move yourself if you plan to DIY. Reserving the truck was easy, the notifications were perfect, and the staff at this location during the times I was there made this a pleasure to do business. Friday 5 pm, and Tuesday 8pm

always has what I need and checkout is quick

I purchased a washer and dryer but there were some issues at delivery because some features were missing. Part of this was my fault but the store when above and beyond to assist with getting it right. Very happy with this store management and associates.

I went for and exchange and the people in returns treated me like a criminal. Once they figured out they screwed up and I went to get the correct item, that’s when the fun started. It was impossible to get a cart down the isle and getting any help from an associate was a joke. They act like they’re doing me a favor even acknowledging I’m alive. Go to the Roxbury or Hackettstown stores, it is Well worth the extra drive. This location is HORRIBLE.
