Do not use their computer color matching program. It does not come anywhere near the color requested. I cut a piece of my drywall out to match on touch up, and it is so far off, I now have to paint the entire wall, or maybe the entire room. Absolutely terrible.

The employees were not wearing masks and talking in customers' faces. They were not socially distancing. I had to ask them to step back away from me. I could not shop for the items I wanted due to unmasked employee standing there. Home Depot obviously does not care about its customers. I will be transferring my business to smaller retailers.

I needed new door locks and to have them rekeyed. This store has an expert on rekeying, so I ordered and arranged to hand off the boxes when they arrived. The guy was professional, skilled, fast/efficient, friendly...top notch service. This store is closest to my home (not close, though, so involves a drive); for that reason I shop here most often. And most often they have what I need. But their inventory counts are sometimes off (sometimes WAY off) so I am disappointed occasionally after checking the stock and making that drive only to discover that the product isn’t to be found, even by the employees whose inventory numbers should be accurate and more current when I get there. It wastes time and miles and can delay projects or require an even longer drive to another store. I dropped the star count by one for that reason.

Hello! I’m CJ, a local metalSmith Jewelry artist in Wimberley, Texas. I frequent my local Home Depot in Dripping Springs, always greeted with a welcoming hello and exceptional customer service to always help me accomplish all my visions and workshop supply needs. This specific shopping experience I had to share! I walked in determined to make my own fume hood vent to keep my workshop safe while I solder and melt down my mixed metals into jewelry. I knew I needed to put my safety first, but couldn't afford a prefabricated fume ventilation system... I was stuck. I knew if anyone could help me it would be my local Home Depot! I knew I was in for a challenge, but nervously walked in with nothing but $150 and an idea to safety proof my daily work space. I met Charles, after descriptively describing to him my hood vent vision he was fully committed! It was as if I could exhale knowing I wasn't in it alone anymore and hope that my vision will come to fruition. We got a game plan and set out piecing together my whole fume ventilation system with an industrial fan as the motor. This thing is RAD! Now I can rest in knowing I'm not breathing in toxic fumes and staying safe in my work space. I seriously couldn't have done it without Charles' help. I left that day with a new found confidence to challenge myself and take on more projects knowing Home Depots got my back. My local Home Depot is more than a home improvement store, it's a family you can rely on.

This is no longer the Dripping Springs store - it's my store! Best customer experience in years!

conveniently located

Did not find the product for four days in the store after finally cancelled order and four employees helping, visiting store twice and three phone calls. Employees were very nice, offered assistance. Store clean. Just unable to locate product two patio tables saying it was between spring and winter with all sorts of products being stored and pulled for shelves.

Quite convenient

Recently purchased refrigerator, stove, dishwasher from this store. Sales clerk Lindsay went out of her way to assist us, show some potential issues with the black stainless finish, and check out some other options of other appliances compared to what we had narrowed it down to online. She stayed with us even thru checkout to insure that all the proper items were put on the sale and that all applicable discounts were applied. Great helping attitude and would recommend this

I have shopped Home Depots all over Texas on a regular basis. The Dripping Springs store has the friendliest and most helpful staff. I have never run into anyone working there that has not been willing to help even if they do not know the area I need help. All of the other stores should take note of this store and how it is run.

Store clean & organized. Pro dept manager is the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable person I ever worked with on getting what I need. He seems to have a ton of knowledge about the store and even the delivery process. Great guy to have working for me.

Lexi in customer service is the best. She knows her job and has never had anything but a smile on her face when she helps customers. The employees in this store make you feel like you are family. It makes the experience a blast. The only negative about the store is that they are always busy. Most likely because it is always great to shop here.

No cashiers hardly on staff. The store makes you use self checkout, instead of paying cashiers to do the job, they make customers do it.

Finding a sales associate in this store is harder than chinese arithmetic. This is true at almost all Home Depot locations. It's an okay place to shop if you need it now, but shopping online is the way I'm going to start shopping for my home improvement needs. Somethings can't be bought online, but there's a ton of things that can.

THIS DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!! My online order on 7/15/19, of plywood and lumber, which was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours (I paid extra for express delivery), was somehow “lost”. 7/16/19- I wasted an entire day waiting for the delivery- no phone calls or updates. Kept checking the online tracking and it never changed from “order being processed “. At 6 pm, I inquired only to be told there was a computer error and it would be 2 more days before it would be delivered. I had paid laborers showing up at 7 am the next morning so this was not acceptable. Was told the store manager was working on it and would take care of it himself tonight. 30 minutes later, received a call from customer service only to be told there was nothing they could do and it would still be 2 days before they could deliver. I asked to speak directly to the manager who confirmed I was out of luck. Are you kidding??? I live less than 2 miles from HD! Are you telling me that you can not load this up in one of the rental trucks you have on site and deliver it?? NOPE. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Interesting how the “computer” can manage to charge my card but lose my order. Hmmmm. If the online system is not capable of processing properly, maybe a NEW SYSTEM should be implemented! I canceled my entire order ($1200.00). It takes a lot to make me angry and even more for me to write a bad review but congratulations Home Depot in Dripping Springs, you pushed me over the line!

Store is clean, carries good inventory, easy to find products, courteous staff and a great location.

I purchased a new washer and dryer for my daughter who is moving into a new house in Dripping Springs. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful with this purchase, and she answered all my questions and took the time to explain all the details of the installation and delivery to me. I will definitely shop here again!
