Beware, there's a light inside the Returns sign and if it's not turned on then they will ignore you and you won't be helped and nobody at the customer service desk will tell you to step around to the customer service desk 5 feet away for your return. Horrible customer service. What's wrong with these people? They walk right past you while you stand there below the unlit sign that you are supposed to apparently know has a light bulb inside it, and they don't say a word. Home Depot, your people need some training.

I am fixing up a house I own in Wimberley Texas and the staff at this store are very helpful and friendly, every time I go there people are nice and smiling and makes the whole experience better.

David R and Sasha are super! Today, as cold as it is, they went all the way back to gardening, got the mulch I needed and brought it to me at the checkout counter, stayed with me through payment and walked out to put it in my car. GREAT guys and great service!

At the Home Depot in dripping Springs if you are considering buying appliances your best pick them up at the store because the free service cannot deliver in the afternoon to come a day people that work three weeks in a row they called me to tell me that they were going to deliver my freezer every time they call it was we will be there between 8 AM and 12 PM every time they called I would tell them they will be no one home until 2:30 PM they would tell me we will reschedule that they’re following week the same thing we are going to deliver between 8 AM and 12 noon I would tell him the same thing they would be no one home I got that for three week in a row

Clean store and friendly, helpful people

Annette in flooring is always so helpful. This is our second remodel in the past 3 years and both times she's has been such a blessing to us with the help that she's provided.

We love the workshops they have for the kids! All of the employees that work this activity are so friendly and nurturing to the kiddos!

Joan in the appliance/cabinets was excellence - total dedication to providing service. Extremely knowledgeable about the product lines and the best solution for the 4 appliances we were purchasing. Bravo to this leader!

If you need anything, or require special assistance, go directly to customer service and ask for Lacy. What a fantastic team member this store has!! I live in San Antonio, and was trying to order a window unit on Home Depot.com. It showed unavailable and to call stores in my area. I called the Home Depot in Dripping Springs and was told by Lacy that the unit was not in stock but that he could have it delivered. This proved to be a challenge, but there was not a lot of quirks in Lacy....Even went so far as to enroll me in the Home Depot Pro program to help with this task. In a world of "sorry can't do it," laxidasical attitudes, and noticible "shrugs" what a treat it was to have interaction with Lacy. Customer service is not dead and this is proof!

Great Store with friendly, helpful employees. I attended workshop tonight and I learned so much. Michael was a good and patient teacher. After the workshop, I purchased a few items. Nathan was my cashier and we was friendly and helpful also.

I like the Dripping Springs Home Depot. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. However, they discontinued offering a 10% discount to Veterans, unless you have specific ID's which they have a brochure near the check out register. No longer will a DD214 form or the Word 'Veteran' on your drivers license be valid to them in recognizing a person as a Veteran.

By far and above the best Home Depot when compared to Kyle, New Braunfels stores. It's rare for any big box store to have employees who are eager and willing to help as soon as a customer walks in the door and the DS Home Depot exceeds our expectations! We always leave happy with our experience and our purchases!

I was in a hurry we had a contractor on site, needed another shower bar- When I went in the DS store, they were really busy. I thought I can figure this out for myself. This nice lady that works there, Tiffany, just came by and asked me if I needed any help. She knew exactly where I needed to go- then, she said Cmon, I will walk you. She did then she even stayed until she found the EXACT MATCH! She was RELENTLESS! I think HOME DEPOT has an All-Star employee there! Tiffany thank you for your help! (Tiffany deserves a raise!) (Awesome!!!!) Cheers!
