From store associates to the cashier, extremely helpful

Pat your door Greeter is always friendly and happy to help you find the items you are looking for. Through out the store it is easy to find a helpful employee's if you have questions about a product that you are not sure of or just helping you lift a heavy item or items in your basket. :-) The store is always clean and easy to reach items off of the store shelves. I can always trust the items that I buy from the store and if there is any problems with something that I did buy the return desk is always filled with helpful employees that will help and you leave feeling very good about what I brought back to the store for a return item.

Store is conveniently located. It has a Nice parking lot, store is clean, employees are helpful and carry lots of products.

Its like you are shopping at your family owned local hardware store at this location . Everyone is very nice and remembers you.

Top notch service! Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Plenty of employees to offer their services. Cashier friendly. We had help loading items into our car.

Employees were always courteous and friendly and went out of their way to help me find an item. HD has a great variety of items that I needed to redo my guest bathroom. Prices are good.

My husband and I were there shopping yesterday and after waiting for her to get some pieces of wood for shelving - finally Charmain a wonderful employee was able to help us with all our needs for our project. She was patient, nice, helpful and an angel - especially since my husband was losing his patience because we had been told by the cashier that someone was coming to help us in selecting pine wood for our shelves since we were afraid to handle it in case they fell all over and being that my husband is 83 years old. After half an hour or so finally Charmain came and solved all our problems and made our visit very pleasant - what could have been a disaster. What a wonderful person and we hope she is very much appreciated because we almost walked out of the store if it wasn't for her nice ways. We will definitely look for her assistance the next time we visit the store.

This is an unusual store in that it's always has exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Although I live in Austin, I almost always stop into this Home Depot when I'm in Dripping if I need anything. In the past I didn't like Home Depot because although their selection and prices can't be beat, I always had a hard time getting help finding things (let's face it, the stores are huge and have everything). Over the last few years the company has done a great job improving customer service in all the stores I visit. This store however is exceptional. You almost always get a friendly greeting when you walk it. And an offer to help you find anything. Anyone you ever ask for help either helps right away or gets someone who can. It's never failed to happen and that's why I stop in this store most times I'm in Dripping Springs.

Top notch employees

After a really frustrating experience with a couple of Home Depots today, we finally had a good one. We have always loved Home Depot and have spent considerable money there fixing a house up. Today we had a bad experience with a major return. However, the assistant manager, Aaron and a couple of other employees, Merel and Brandon, found a way to settle the issue. I appreciate their help very much.

Love the quality of employees. They all have an answer to my questions and give directions quickly. Love being greeted each time as well.

I am a gardener so I'm always needing fertilizer, mulch, plants, etc. The nursery department is always willing to answer my questions about what is new in the plant world. The store inside and out is well organized and tidy.

Manager was rude.

Sam in the paint department is at the top of his game. No waiting around for an employee to acknowledge your existence. Asked me if I needed help while I was staring at samples, solved an issue I had with a paint color, made me a sample, and got me on my way with a gallon of just what I needed. Sam let me know my paint was almost done mixing, asked if I needed anything else, interacted with other customers, taking care of their needs at the same time. In essence I could not have asked for a better experience. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and fast.

The store was clean and the employees were very helpful especially Annette Davis. She always goes above & beyond helpful service. She is knowledgeable and looks for anyway that she can save you money on your purchase.

I love this store! They always have what I want, and the employees always go the extra mile. If I need them to walk me to what I’m looking for, they do. They’re pet friendly and offer treats to our pups, as if being helpful was t enough.

We are in the process of moving to our new home in Wimberley and needed a washer/dryer. Joan in Appliances was very helpful in picking out out the right washer/dryer combo and timing the purchase to take full advantage of the Spring Black Friday sale. I saved enough money on the washer/dryer set to basically purchase a nice package of Milwaukee portable tools and batteries for free. That is always a bonus in my mind. Nathan in Tools was very helpful in helping me decide which package worked best to provide M18 batteries for my new leaf blower, which I really needed to manage all the oak leaves at our new house. Thanks Joan and Nathan for a great shopping experience at the Dripping Springs store.

The employees at the Dripping Springs Home Depot made my shopping experience one that I enjoyed. I would recommend this store to friends and family should they need hardware.

On my many visits to this store, I always am treated with patience and their desire to help me find exactly what I want. I usually don’t do these reviews, but these folks have been outstanding. Kudos to their management. They seem happy to be at work!

All sales staff are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We had one minor issue with packing contractor material for traveling to job site, but a manager handled the issue with promptness and respect.

When we moved into the Dripping Springs area 4 years ago we were blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the Dripping Springs location. Having moved from a big city where you are all but anonymous and on your own at a Home Depot branch, the service at DS was indeed a surprise and a delight. Four years later they have maintained this level of customer involvement. Well done HD Dripping Springs!
