Harsha is by far the most knowledgeable and courteous employee I have ever come across at a Home Depot.

We purchased a Quartz counter top at matthews location great experience Albermarle rd store is also great.

I could not get help to save my life in this store, I was astounded by the grown men you had employed who stood and I looked as I ( a young single parent) tried to load a nearly 200 lb portable air conditioner by myself, and get it out to my car, and loaded by myself as well. The only time I ever was able to make contact with an associate was when I paid for my unit (400$) and they acted like I was stealing it! I have never been so disappointed in a shopping experience, and I would never return to this store. Lowe’s might not have the same selection on certain items, but at least they hire competent employees.

If you need real people help go to this location to lumber. Dallas and Miles go above and beyond to help. Dallas is hands down the man who knows. If not he'll find out.

I just had the best experience with a cashier on Saturday, Sherry was in the garden department and she was just so delightful. I left there having a better day because of her. Thank you for hiring amazing people

If your a contractor don’t waste your time

Every time I go there I get what I need. It’s my favorite store along with Costco!

I am so extremely impressed with the service that I received from Frank and Tom I have frequented Home Depot on several occasions and no one has ever been rude but no one has gone out of their way to make certain that I have all of my questions answered and provided the best service well I have to say both of these gentlemen did that for me and because of that I will make this my preferred start to shop at

I needed some plywood sheets ripped, and the associate immediately jumped on it and took care of it. Multiple associates offered help while I was in the store. There were also plenty of items on shelves, though some items were in short supply, such as clear acrylic caulk.

I recently purchased a 52 inch Husky tool box from East Charlotte Home Depot. It is a beautiful box and very well made. It comes with draw liners, soft close draws and lots of space to put up my tools. I have been shopping tool boxes for about 4 months now and I can say that if you are in the market for a butcher block mobile tool box no one has anything on Husky tool boxes. They are also competitively priced. Their team even helped me to load up the box on the trailer. I really enjoyed my experience of purchasing my new Husky tool box from East Charlotte Home Depot. Most of my trips to HD put me in lawn and garden (yard tools, plants, seeds, fertilizer). I have noticed constant improvement in displays. Many items are locked down, but it is easy to get someone to open them. The prices are reasonable. Cashier assistance is always commendable. Usually someone asks me if I need assistance loading. All in all, HD is good shopping experience.

The store is located just minutes from my home, had easy access to product, with affordable pricing.

If you need some thing simple and you know what you want this could be an easy trip for you. Customer service here is very poor though. If you have returns, be prepared to be looked down on and made to feel like a scam artist.

This store is by far the best place to shop for all your home improvement needs. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The prices at this Home Depot beat those that I checked at Lowe's for the same merchandise. If you have a project to do, shop here and get all that you need in one place.

Home Depot #339 has an employee there at the Customer Service station who embodies the caring, smiling, patient traits that a customer needs to experience after having a difficult day at work. Larame was the perfect person who greeted me at the Customer Service station, with a smile and a warm hello as I walked in the store soaked and wet from the storm. He offered to help me get my merchandise out of my car and as we walked out the store, asked me if I had a good day. His thoughtfulness made me smile, and because of his caring nature I did have a good day.

Amanda in the blinds department is WONDERFUL! I’ve been super stressed about everything because we just purchased our first home. I’ve been trying to order blinds and I was getting stressed with the ordering process. No matter how irritated I was, Amanda calmly deescalated the situation. Amanda, offered solutions to EVERY concern I had, making blinds and financing for the blinds, 2 less things I had to worry about. Amanda is a really great representation of Home Depot and the level of customer service the company seeks to provide. Amanda is the reason I will return to this specific store for future needs.
