This has helped the planet by preserving over 63,500 trees, keeping over 16,000 trash bags of solid waste out of landfills, saving over 50 million gallons of water, and conserving 7.8 million kilowatt hours of electricity.

LED lights in your local store cut down energy consumption by 98 million kilowatt hours. Many stores also participate in renewable energy initiatives such as solar and wind.

How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

Gift cards to The Home Depot are an excellent choice for the holidays, housewarming parties, and birthdays. DIYers know they're fun to give and to receive. Purchase them at our stores or online at homedepot.com. If you're a recipient, you can visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Use our gift cards to shop online or redeem them in-store. There are no additional fees to worry about.

Does The Home Depot University offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. When you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's typically located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you're here.
5. We will bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
