This is a great store, centrally located I can not go in there without having two or three employees greet me and ask if I need assistance. I think we need more customer service people and less self check out counters. People want to interact with others.

Friendly staff in the electrical and paint department and at Pro Desk and Check Out. Some clerks at the return desk are friendly and others are extremely unfriendly. Aisles are often cluttered with no clerks available to help and answer questions or find merchandise. I regularly shop at the East Palo Alto Home Depot due to it's location close to my jobsites.

We have been to many different Home Depots but this one is the best we have been to. It is clean and organized and the staff are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it.

Apparently the management of this location has decided that on a busy holiday weekend that it's not necessary to have cash handling, employee-manned check out lines. When I finally got someone to ring me up and take my cash the clerk grabbed the item from my hand (grabbed!) and made it seem like she was being inconvenienced by having to work to ring me up and make change.

The cashier, Sue, was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips on how to pick the gardening soil and related items.

Associates doing better especially younger ones. Older personnel seem to be stuck in their ways ( not so good)

I shop at least once a week at this location. I can find almost everything I'm looking. some times I cant so I seek out one of your employees and they are always helpful.

My trip to Home Depot this time is to purchase fertilizer, lawn seeds, and home goods. Throughout my shopping period, the garden people helped me with my questions, and a walked by HD associate gave me directions. As the store was closing, the HD associate expedited my checkout with joy and efficiency. It just brightened my whole day, and made me a very happy customer. Overall, I appreciate the exceptional services that this HD store has rendered.

This store is very convenient for us to use. We live very close by. Sometimes you can find items very cheap that have been returned or just on clearance. This is a very busy store and sometimes hard to find help in some departments. Some of the employees are really nice and knowledgeable. We are pleased to have this type of store in our neighborhood and are always going for different purchase, from home repair to bare necessities.

I go to this store frequently for do it yourself items. The staff is always willing to help and I appreciate that. Makes my shopping experience easier. Thank you.

My store associate was Sue who works in the nursery. She always has a smile and greets you as you enter the nursery area. I like shopping at this HD because of her.

We shop frequently at Home Depot for several reasons; among them: (1) We have a big lot with three garden areas; (2) We find there all we need, besides technical advice: soil of different types, fertilizers, equipment, and a giant selection of plants and flowers.

It was clean and easy to navigate but it was a little short-staffed.

My East Palo Alto Home Depot is always pleasant to visit. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

We are a local non-profit that does a great deal of business here. The management here is civic-minded and truly cares about the community. They provide great customer service !

The Pro Desk employee Demetrius went out of his way to look for the items I had called about, then called me back to tell me he found more of the same items and ask me should he save them for me as well? Excellent customer service to help me get what I was looking for.

I visited the home depot after receiving a massage that my order was ready to pickup. However, there was no stock at all, so I came back home with nothing. The hardware supervisor was very rude, never said sorry to me. He also said to me he could do nothing, and asked me to buy another one with regular price.

We are always pleased by the prices and service that we receive at our local Home Depot!
