Jack was beyond helpful and spent the extra time for me to solve a problem, we are a decent account and I know it brings frustration, not with him. He went above and beyond and helped the customer.

The store had everything that we went to pick up and was clean and neat. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

On Nov. 9th I had be buy a pickup load of concrete mix from your Sandy, east store and am a 80-year-old senior, so could hardly lift all the bags! A young man named Colton jumped right in and did all the work, from loading the carts, to putting it in my truck. He was wonderful and a real lifesaver!!! I gave him a little tip, but that kind of volunteer service can hardly be bought nowadays! I predict that someday he will be a huge success in whatever field of work he finally ends up in! Thank you for hiring such quality personnel, especially Colton!!

McKenna was such a pleasant person to work with. I had to ask for two different items and she went out of her way to get the last one in stock for me. Her attitude was so pleasant and refreshing. It seems these days that nobody wants to go the extra mile, but she did it with a great attitude.

Bobbie the Customer Service Manager was a wonderful help going above and beyond to help us navigate a frustrating/tricky warranty replacement. She was the difference between a bad experience and a great one. I’d shop from any store she is working at again in a heartbeat.

I always shop at the store even though it is not the closest store. The store is always clean well stocked. The staff is always so willing to do whatever it takes to make sure your shopping experience is the best.

Jen worked with me on my project and even helped redo it so I would be able to get it done faster. She has great customer service and made sure she helped me with all the things I needed.

What really stood out to me was Zaz's patience and willingness to answer all my questions and ensure I got the material I needed for my home project. the home depot always has the things I need and the store is close to where I live.

We bought a gas range and range hood from the store. The person works at the appliance department was so great. Delightful, knowledgeable and professional. It has been one of the great experiences of shopping at HomeDepot!

For years now I send all my business to the East Sandy location. Antonio is extremely knowledgeable and all the management staff go out of their way to help. You wont find a better Home Depot location!

I used to love this store, it's convenient & close to home. However Customer Service is nonexistant!! Especially in specialized depts. I'm doing a plumbing project, made 5 trips in last 2 days. Finally get help, he didn't know anything about plumbing!!!

I went shopping for bathroom door handles and then bought 45 Poinsettias for Christmas and had excellent service from the cashier who is named Tony thank you Tony for all your dad A+ plus for excellent customer care

Really clean and organized store friendly staff

Although employees on this trip to home depot we less than attentive to anyone but themselves it should not reflect negatively on the entire store. Perhaps when all this craziness is over and people are ready to return to WORK these individuals will be allowed to pursue different careers.

Great customer service

Harris and Sydnie in paint are HORRIBLE. They were rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. Ron was also unprofessional. When I asked where some materials were he was condescending and accused me of mistaking Home Depot for Hobby Lobby. Three of the four employees I interacted with were terrible. I was shocked. I have never been condescended to like that before. The only good experience I had was with Samuel in paint. He was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He was the only one who seemed to care about his job or customers.
