Lack of inventory, associates that don't know what they are doing, managers that don't care and associates that complain too much about Home Depot Corporate in Atlanta.

Service tech(DXS2116) in tool department gave the worst customer service. He was inconvenienced to have to help me. Didn't commuicate any information or follow through with the warranty that he claimed he would. If you are so miserable in your job then quit and stop making everyone else unhappy.

The store was very tidy & clean, including the restroom. We we’re able to find what we we’re looking for very easily! We had a very helpful, kind, courteous & knowledgeable associate to help us & answer every question we had about the merchandise we we’re looking for. We we’re totally happy with our shopping experience & look forward to having our new washer & dryer delivered as promised! Also, the price of them we are very happy with for the brand & quality of them! Happy Customers for sure! Thank you Home Depot for another successful shopping day!

As a remodel contractor, I shop every Home Depot in SLC regularly, and this store is much better than all the rest. The managers and employees are dedicated and helpful which is valuable to me and my business. Great to see the work ethic and teamwork are still alive.

We just bought a home that we're renovating and have been in and out of the E Sandy store quite a few times in the last few months. We like how well the store floor plan is laid out. It's always easy to find what we need and it's neat and tidy every time we visit. Keep doing what you're doing because we are always made to feel welcome by your employee's and the Midvale store is closer but we come here instead!

What I really like about our local Home Depot is that they don't keep moving stuff around. When I know what I want, I can go right to it because it's always in the same place in the store. I needed a vanadium drill bit. I knew exactly where to find it. That is SUCH a time-saver. Thank you.

If anyone ever needs help fixing tools or need to rent tools deff come to this home depot to the tool rental section and ask for john, super friendly and extremely helpful.

Store is great shop there frequently. Not keen on the water heaters they stock. Wouldn't buy another one there unless they clear up the problems Rheem is having with there new line of heaters. It's a drag to cleanup after an old heater goes out with a flood and end up with one that isn't yet working 5 days after being installed. From what the repairman stated Rheem doesn't have all the bugs out of the new line of water heaters. I have no problem with the HomeDepot only the water heaters they are carrying. The heater we got there 15 or more years ago was fine served us well. It was a whirlpool.
