Shopping at the Home Depot in Sandy will not leave you dissappointed at all

I always enjoys shopping at our Home Depot store, the employees are helpful and know where to find what I am looking for if I don't track it down on my own. They are always cheerful and ready to help.

They helped us get a fridge when our fridge went out.

The store has great parking.It was recommended to me by a friend and I intend to patronize it from now on as theHome Depot I was going to has a full parking lot all the time, and is almost impossible to find a parking space on weekends and evenings when I have time to shop.

I loved working with John Norman the tool rental manager. He was awesome and actually taught me skills to actually work a nail gun with success. Hardware stores can be frusterating for someone like me who is not a contractor to shop this store is very superior on knowlege of the workers and help.

I enjoy being able to rent tools to do those jobs which are seasonal and I do not have to buy the tool and maintain and store the equipment long term. This Home Depot has good people working in the rental department.

Store personnel work to avoid contact with customers. Store manager not there. Lack of stock blamed on the "Computer". No accountability by store personnel or management.

I was asked a number of times if I needed help and when I did they were willing to. They knew their products.

Purchased all our renovation needs at this location. If you are looking for flooring, or anything for that matter, try to find Dean. He is the best to work with!

If you want great customer service, go to another Home Depot. The Cottonwood Heights store is excellent. This particular store chooses to ignore you, than give you assistance. The cashiers are rude and they forget you're actually taking the time to shop this store and spend money.

All the Associates were very helpful and friendly. The store was clean and things were very easy to find. Associates went the extra mile to help me find other items in the store.

If you need help with yard or snow machines (purchase, rental or repair), ask for John Norman. He's extremely knowledgeable, fair, and gets you in and out as fast as he can. I had to wait a little in order to get his help but listening to him work with other clients was like watching the Discovery Channel. I learned a lot just listening!

This is a great Home Depot. I have always had great service when I need it and they usually have what I need. I have also ordered off of the web and picked up delivery at the store. They also have treats for my little Chihuahua when we go. She goes right to customer service for her treat when we go into the store.

So many helpful employees at every turn. I was especially pleased that they were each willing to stay with me to answer questions and provide suggestions. Employees at others stores might tell me the right aisle number or even walk me to the right place, but then they leave. Here, I got the royal treatment. I left feeling taken care of and prepared for the tasks ahead.

I work with the lady named Hebr and she was amazing she helped me out from beginning to end with no problems.

We use Home Depot for all of our hardware needs. Generally, we have a great experience! This time was concerning. While walking through the store, not one employee even looked my way. I'm not sure I would have stopped anyone if I had needed something answered. The demeanor of the store was not positive. The shelves were stocked and everything was accessible so A plus on that! The thing that upset me the worst is that I purchased 8 boxes of laminate hardwood flooring and some lag bolts. After completing the sale, the cashier put the lag bolts in a bag and front his side of the counter, literally threw the bag of bolts onto the flooring. I am thankful the flooring was in boxes so there was no damage! Again, generally our experience is so positive! I was quite disappointed by this trip.

Symantha, in the tool rental department was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond assisting me with my project.
