The Wichita East store has the best staff. They are dog friendly and people friendly!

I ordered Refrigerator. Deliver was on time and after some confusion with the appliance, Ramona called me and apologized. Price was match with competition and finally keep appliance purchased

I returned a defective shelf bracket, for a credit of $6.43. I went and got another one off the shelf. Price at checkout: $8.03. Watch for massive price increases throughout the store! Customer service can't even trade a defective item straight across.

LynH was very polite and friendly. She asked if I was a veteran and I said yes . She thanked m for my service and checked me out after my discount.

Robert in Flooring is a genuine and pleasant employee who cares about his job and the customer and is very knowledgeable in the flooring department. Best experience I have had shopping in years.

We were very impressed with this store's employees! No matter how busy they my be stocking shelves, doing inventory or on the computer.... they always stop to answer questions or tell us exactly where to find items. No long lines for check out. No wasted time getting what we need and getting back to work.

I bought a garage door over a month ago and could tell the Home Depot Wichita installer did not want to do the job in El Dorado. After a month wait we called to get a status and found the installer did not properly coordinate with Home Depot about confirming the order. The door was then ordered with another six week delay. We then found out from Home Depot that the installer ordered a door that Home Depot can't make adding to the delay. Since this is the only installer Home Depot has for the area, we cancelled the order.

What a fantastic experience for last minute Christmas party preparations. We thought we’d be out for an hour but in and out of home depot in less than 40 minutes. The store had everything we were looking for. Employees were kind and knowledgeable.

My husband had a gentleman in plumbing help him and saved him a lot of time on a project. What we thought was going to be a very long project was cut in half by the advice of the employee.

Several types of flooring were not in stock or low quantities. Had to wait for help. Have had trouble getting info about the status of our flooring order.

Make sure you get all information and promises in writing. Have been trying since 9/27 to get a floor installed. I have been told so many different stories about what needs to be done. In the end, I was told I needed an asbestos test on a floor installed in 2011. (that alone is ridiculous).I was told I needed to do an asbestos test, I called the 800 number attached to the quote, was told the floor was fine and paid the floor). Was then told that was not correct, I had to do the test. I paid for a self test and it came back as expected, 100% fibrous, no asbestos. Then on 10/16 was told I couldn't use a home test (even though the employees and the 800 number folks told me that was fine). I was refunded what I paid for the floor, but told they wouldn't refund the measure fee (even though Taylor at the store told me they would) or reimburse for me the test (even though I followed their instructions completely. I asked to speak to Tristin (sp?) the store manager, the employee on the phone would not connect me, said he would call back, three hours later, no call. Now, I also wanted new carpet. There was a promotion for free padding if you purchased the carpet. Troy told me if I paid for the measure fee before the promotion expired it would lock the offer in. Well, I received the quote and no free padding. Was told that information was not valid. I spoke to the people at the 800 number on the quote and was told i would have to take it up with the store. I called the store and was told I needed to talk to the store manager. The person at the 800 number said he added notes to the quote so the manager would be alerted, and the store employee said she gave the message to the store manager. It has been over a week and as expected no call.

Ask for Larry in garden. He is very knowledgeable and helpful
