The store is always stocked, and there are always employees around to ask for help should I need it. David at the ProDesk is the man!

Not only located my item but found a cart, put it on the cart, directed to the front and informed me that I could get help to load it in my car.

Having moved from Phoenix, Arizona to Wichita has brought many things to the forefront of my shopping experiences here in Wichita. There are items which I had never thought about in Phoenix that I find here and most have to do with climate differences. Often when I make inquiries, employees are happy to explain their use or reason. For example, septic tanks, which are more in need here with rural living much more prevalent than near Phoenix.

David was the person that called our office to get the credit card information and have everything verified. done quickly also

If you want a live cashier you need to go somewhere else. My last trip to this store until cashiers are working.

Had to cancel a transaction, get a refund on gift cards, credit back credit card and order another product. All done very fast and efficiently. Staff very friendly and competent. Was in and out in no time!

We had recently remodeled a home over a several month period recently and discovered that this E Wichita, KS store was very cordial, knowledgeable and helpful in all aspics and in all the areas of the store. Tells us the the manager of the store valued the customer as well as the employee. Makes for a pleasant place to shop and to work!

Kenny helped me 3-4 times in the same day. He had perfect customer service, made me feel welcome and when I left the final time I was confident that table was getting put together. Alice was great as well during 2 check outs. She gave me recommendations where to drop off a package.

The employees (Dre, Megan and Isaiah) this visit were Awesome! Professional, Nice, Smart, efficient and so understanding. I had back surgery and these guys helped me get through my purchases with minimal issues. I really appreciate their attitudes and professional demeanor! These three (3) employees and several others were great!! They made this an wonderful shopping experience!

The store always has what I need with a variety of supplies. Customer service is better then any other supply store I've been too.

After waiting for a total of 43 minutes in two different departments for assistance. I ended up cutting my own pipe and the other I had to wait as the item I needed took a ladder to get to. When I went to explain my displeasure to the clerk I was told to fill out the survey and say how bad they suck. I buy supplies for 54 rental units, do they realize how much money they just lost.?

Home Depot App is always very helpful. Staff is often busy but willing to take the time to help.

HOME DEPOT HAS A GREAT SELECTION AND FRIENDLY. WE WERE IN AND GOT WHAT WE NEEDED THEN BACK TO OUR PROJECT.
