The store was consistent with the other homedepot store we used. Plants were well cared for.

I have shopped at the Home Depot store on North Woodlawn for many years. The store is well stocked and generally organized. The store is pretty clean keeping in mind it has a lot of merchandise being moved in/out. A few areas of the store could use better lighting as it’s a bit dark to see items. The street entrance to the store off Woodlawn is unnecessary tight and doesn’t have to be that way with the ample room in the parking lot to make it larger. I wish they would fix that!

The Home Depot on Woodlawn is very close to me. I don't shop there because it's convenient. I shop there because its such a great store because of the people who work there. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

There is always an employee reaching out to assist you with your shopping interests.

I always receive a warm greeting and several associates ask if they can help me.

Store was well-stocked and checkout was a breeze and friendly.

Kathy in Customer Service went above and beyond to help me with my return. My credit card had been compromised, so normal "return" was not possible. Her knowledge of her job and her wonderful kindness got us through what could have been a difficult time. The gentlemen in the Garden Center, when I'd called earlier in the day took the time to verify that the particular cherry trees I was looking for was there and in stock. I've never gotten this kind of service at other big box home improvement stores. From now on, I will drive from Rose Hill, KS past two other big box home improvement stores to shop at THIS Home Depot. Their kindness and extra effort was amazing!!!!!

I appreciate the customer service provided by Mike, who was passing through plumbing, and Dre who checked me out at the contractor's checkout. This Home Depot seems to have customer service a cut above many other stores.

I did call the Store Manager but was very impressed with the service and so appreciated Associates placed throughout the store to assist and they were knowledegable .

I want to say that all the store employees have always been knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional when I'm in the stores. I always need assistance when I'm in the stores from multiple employees.

Jesse was my cashier on Black Friday 2020. Despite the huge volume of people, he was level headed and respectful. Another employee helped me find something I was looking for by walking me through the store. Everyone was busy and the store was bustling but they got me in and out with everything I wanted in just 20 minutes. I hate to shop so this was a great experience for me.

This year, staying home gave us opportunity to rebuild a fence line, then repaint the interior of our home, then build a deck and now remodel our kitchen. Home Depot supplied a lot of product each step of the way, sometimes at the last minute or having to go with 2nd or 3rd option and in times of duress, they have been fair-minded and treated me with integrity. Really can’t say that about M.... ds. Thank you!
