I've worked with a lot of different kitchen designers and Karen is above and beyond. She is knowledgable and collaborative. She's helped me design multiple kitchens across a variety of home styles. I drive 45 mins just to work with her.

The employee pertaining to this transaction could provide better service and ask more questions before telling a customer “no” and “there’s nothing I can do” or “I don’t know what you could have spent the $20 on”

I went to the Eagan store to find a bird feeder to add flowers to as an "uncle" memorial from my son for my brothers funeral. Raul Reeb assisted me finding the bird feeders and let me know could take a few and just return the ones I decided against.

Manager is very resist, intentionally misguide paying customer just to cause inconvenience. My Ryobi miter say needed warranty service (came or developed with faulty miter fence just after little more than year) when their own service center confirmed this is manufacturing defect. Manager refuse to accept case, instead misguided me to work with Ryobi call center. Which any ways asked me to bring the tool to Home depot service center. I believe Home Depot is very responsible organization with noticeable local community support, putting irresponsible people at key position is can be very damaging to companies image as well as busines.

I purchased a GE 24.7cu.ft. French Door, stainless steel, energy star refrigerator on 5-26-24. Waiting for early June delivery, and am totally happy with my purchase so far. Has many features I was looking for, so I’m looking forward to the day of install and hoping everything goes smoothly.

I had stopped at 4 other Home Depot(HD) locations trying to find a match to a dark cedar 4”x4” post top that I bought a month ago. I was under the impression that there were two different colors of the same design and literally spent hours trying to find the darker version to match. Spent time on HD website and stopped at 4 locations. Each stop I’d ask a HD employee if they had any and they would send me to another store. I would get to the next store and they say they didn’t have the right color. Finally Jim from the Pro Services dept at the Eagan location took the time to walk with me to the bay, find the discrepancy, saw that there was only one vendor, opened every box on the shelf and found that the color of the cedar ranged drastically from light to dark. He understood the importance of matching colors in my project and the importance of being professional. Jim spent 20 minutes helping me and I never felt hurried or that helping me was a burden on his work day. Genuine and patient, professional and helpful. I’ll be praying for a world full of “Jim’s” :)

Terrible service. No one should have to wait 30 minutes, and ask 3 times, in order to get someone to help you with questions on a product you intended to purchase.

Around every turn I had associates willing to be of assistance. My visit - an awesome 5* experience!

Carlos was great today! I had multiple pieces of lumber needing to be cut and had no problem doing the job for me! He was very precise about how he was cutting the lumber for me as I had several lengths and pieces.

So often when I walk into a large store, I am not able to find staff to help answer questions. At this home depot, I was able to ask three staff members questions or to help with check out. All were kind and professional. Home depot had what I needed and I appreciated the convenience and support I received.

Jodi at the Eagan MN Home Depot provided exceptional customer service. She should be recognized for Her superb customer service skills.

The staff at the Eagan, MN store was outstanding. The service all around the store was excellent. Very helpful members with a cheerful, courteous manner about them at all times.

This store feels cramped compared to other locations. Way too much product in the middle of the front aisle to navigate without frustration. Plenty of staff to help locate things. And checkout was super fast on a Friday afternoon in early Summer.

I went into the store with a limited time, and a plan, to purchase a set of appliances for our kitchen. I was eventually greeted by Kaiser and he helped me in a super efficient manner and was very informative! I left with no questions.

Went in to pick up some plant items and was able to get help with finding a hanging basket that fit my budget - really nice salesperson helped me with check out!

Had a great experience today ordering the railing for our new deck . Jim Larch , the Pro Account Associate was very knowledgeable on the product . He paid attention to the details and explained all the issues involved to make the installation easier. He was also very proficient at using the computer !

I use my Ridgid and Ryobi tools everyday. I am sad that the in store shipping on my lifetime warranty is no longer available!

In general, the staff is helpful and capable. They have a few items not found in the Apple Valley store.

I have been shopping here for years. I generally prefer a small family-owned hardware store, but it's hard to beat the greater selections available at Home Depot. Some employees have been very helpful, but others, not so much. I find the employees standing around at the checkout to be unnecessary, and I frankly would prefer to not have to engage with them. I rarely need help checking out. If I can't find anything, I can go find someone to help me.
