Great store and great employees. Chuck Dufon at the ProDesk is amazing. Been coming here since the day the store opened.

Was in the market for a water softener and experienced such great customer service. Dan Dancer went out of his way to make sure I understood everything about the product and installation without trying to upsell, which is refreshing. He even sketched out a step by step diagram for me and offered a lot of tips for a self-installation. Shout out to Paul Reeb who also gave me some tips and lifted everything into my car.

Excellent Experience at Eagan Home Depot. Having noticed a great value on a Black Friday item, I went to pick it up and the team member (Paul) provided information on options to help get the job done right. He was caring and helpful in evaluating choices and even helped me select other bargains for the overall project. I noticed that he balanced time for me, several other customers and team members. Truly outstanding service - I will definitely be back

I highly recommend this store. I am a regular at this Home Depot. I do a number of projects that I haven't attempted before and I have always gotten good advice from the staff. They are also extremely willing to help me find things. I also really appreciate their curbside pickup. I just tried it and it took only about 5 minutes.

We frequently shop at the Home Depot in our neighborhood and have always found associates to be friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and a great place to shop!

I needed service advise and to set a home appointment. Mark McKee was quite helpful in this regard and promised follow up the following week.

The salesman Kaiser who helped me knew what he was doing and filled out the sales forms quickly. He also was able to get a delivery date much quicker than I was able to get at another Home Depot. It was possible that the Salesperson just did'nt know how to order delivery for the stove I ordered.

Very helpful folks throughout the store. I felt safe and got what I needed.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgable employees. A lot of stores these days run and hide from interaction. Everyone in this store went out of their way to safely offer their help. At least 5 employees on this trip asked if I needed assistance. When I didn't they very politely moved on with their duties. When I did need help it just happened to be the store manager and he jumped in like it was his job. I'll be returning!

If you have tools to rent, this is the place to go. My partner and I needed a few tools for a home project and had struck out at the Home Depot closer to our place in Saint Paul. So we ended up at this one. Edwin at the Tool Rental patiently talked us through our needs, asked useful questions and then improved what we were looking for (he suggested better tools). Through his questions we figured out that HD rented a special part that I had just assumed wasn't available and would have to order specialty from another store (it saved me 200 bucks). I'm not typically someone who gushes about just one employee but I was so incredibly impressed that I want to make sure to recognize Edwin. He is the reason I will drive a little further to come to this specific Home Depot over others. If this store has employees like him, it reflects well on their work ethic and service.

I shop this store quite frequently, Lori is an exceptional cashier. She is always very pleasant and knows her stuff!

Plenty of staff to answer questions & help find products. Very helpful staff & very personable. I easily found what I was looking for & the store was clean & very organized.

This may be a fine store if you are a man or a contractor. However, our experience shopping here as women has been that they don't value female customers. In the last two days, two different older male store employees treated my daughter and I as if our patronage was not valued. In the kitchen area, that male was not interested in answering any questions for us. We subsequently went to the Apple Valley store where they worked with us and placed a large order for countertop replacement. Today we flagged down a worker to ask a question about a product and he chose to hep a male customer who approached him after we did instead. We didn't get our question answered and will ONLY go to the Apple Valley store whenever we wish to shop at a Home Depot.

The cashiers are helpful and friendly. I can nearly always find what I need there. They have an extensive lawn and garden area.
