Garden is the usual messy and poorly available heavy bags and no one on site in the garden to do the heavy lifting or provide excellent assistance

IT WAS REALLY NICE AND CLEAN. EASY TO FIND STUFF THE PEOPLE THERE WERE REALLY HELPFUL AND GREAT AT THERE JOBS EVERYONE WAS NICE. IT WAS NICE THE YOU ALWAYS RESTOCKED ON ALL YOUR STUFF THAT NEEDED TO BE INSTEAD OF PEOPLE NOT FINDING WHAT THEY NEED THEN GOING TO OTHER STORES.

The store is pleasant and clean. Employees are readily available and able to direct one to the right area. They seem to know their products quite well and will take the time to explain things. They are very friendly.

I would like to deaf employees Soo Sweeney and David Chavarria-Hart to be acknowledged for wonderful services. I was happy for their help with products I bought and I felt truly home after I set up plants and patio furniture.

I live in this community and frequently go here for what I need. In some instance I have taken a little extra time to speak to the management and employees because they are informative and genuinely kind persons. I actually served in the military with one of the employees, so seeing him here affirms the quality of the team members. No, no store is perfect ,but this team is willing to seek self improvement, meet the needs of all customers regardless of differences, and quite simply provides great service. great manager too!

Store is neat and organized. When I was making a return costume service employee was very helpful.

If you are in this store, and need assistance in the lumber area, look for Drew. He not only knows his store inventory, he is the best employee in handling their saw for special cuts in oak and oak plywood.. He makes the visits right for the customer.

Eagan has the friendliest and the most knowledgeable staff of all the different Home Depot locations I've been to. I have been fortunate to have been helped by great employees in different departments when working on different projects around the house. I was able to find what I needed and usually received great assistance whenever I asked an employee in that department.

I had a horrible experience in the Eagan store today trying to buy a patio set. No one to help so I took a picture of it and went to the cashier where it was rung up. Next she asked a coworker, who was also responsible for self service to find someone to get my now paid for patio set. After my customer experience was interrupted by 6 other customers that were apparently more important than me, she could not find anyone. After an hour of looking for help in the patio area, looking for help after I purchased it, I gave up, asked for my money back - oops now I have to go to customer service returns. I sympathize with these lower income workers. Home Depot Leadership, you need to do better. Have help available for these workers, train them, teach them how to work with the side swiper customers that interrupt my experience. You should want to get customers in and out of your store as quickly as possible and that requires leaders to step up.

Consistently this store is clean and all the employees are friendly and helpful. Literally ALL of them!!! I have been frequenting this location and never have had a bad experience!

I met with Merrie Jane (sale cashier) and I received a very great customer service from her, she is a great employee I have ever met in View of this I recommended Home Depot 2813 Eagan.

I needed to rent a floor sander Edwin tool tec .was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sanders and sand paper he even helped load it in my truck

If you need to rent something from them and Edwin Fuller is on duty, you are in good hands.

Employees in this store are extraordinary. I received amazing help particularly from one of the employee at this store. Omolabake (cherish) was amazing and she assisted me 100%. I highly recommend this store!!!

I was in the Eagan store last night returning a snow blower. Your employees, KEVAN and JEANNIE,went out of their way to make sure that the situation was resolved to my satisfaction. They treated me with kindness and empathized with my dilemma . I am totally satisfied and will continue to shop at your stores. KEVAN and JEANNIE showed a level of Customer Service that I didn't think existed any more. Congratulation on having KEVAN and JEANNIE as Home Depot employees. This was far different from the treatment I received at your Chaska store yesterday morning. After talking with the floor manager who talked to the store manager they decided that I should take the snowblower. back to the Eagan store where I bought it. I was told that since I didn't by it from their store a refund would affect their bottom line. When I asked about servicing the snow blower I was told that Eagan had a service center. After this I came in to your Eagan store ready to do battle. Thanks to the excellent people skills of KEVAN and JEANNIE this never happened. They turned a event that I was dreading into one that left me completely satisfied. What was really amazing is that they truly empathized with me. Not only did they take care of the transaction, but were concerned about how I felt.

I have consistently had incredible experiences with Lori who is a warm presence at the Eagan Home Depot. She is quick to recognize me as a returning customer and its that personal touch that makes her unique and special to your store. Thank you for bringing such a quality person and employee to Eagan.

Our experience shopping the Eagan Home Depot store was remarkably wonderful. They worked to solve our problems and were helpful in every way. We had just come from a Home Depot that was not so wonderful and this renewed our faith in Home Depot once again. We give a big "shout out" to Rose and her Home Depot team!

The store was real clean and tidy and I got good service from the employees.

Cindy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when assisting me with finding the correct power tool. Also, there was another employee who waiting very patiently until after Cindy finished answering my questions before he asked for a key (thanks and much appreciated). Lastly, Paul was very friendly and helpful at check out, and did a great job explaining the benefits of the HD card to me. Overall, my experience was great!

Friendly knowledgeable individual greeted me at the door and pointed me in the right direction for what I needed. Additional staff helpful finding the Ryobi battery I needed. OUTSTANDING customer service, including the checkout support I received at Eagan, everyone was incredibly helpful and I feel went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised and amazed to receive this level of support during such a busy time. My compliments to Home Depot management at this store and the incredible staff!

This store is laid out in a common sense way,all plumbing in one aisle, same for all products. The aisles are named correctly and if you need help the clerks have an app on their device to tell you what aisle and even the bin number. I don't shop very often cause I'm 82 years young, but if I need something I'm assured of finding it at this HomeDepot, without running all over town.
