This store normally has what you are looking for. 90% of the employees are exceptional. If you run into one of those in the 10% range, it is not long before you are engaging with one of their best.

THE STORE SEEMS CLUTTERED, OLD AND OUTDATED. SOME OF THE TEAM MEMBERS COULD USE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE REFRESHER AND NEED TO BE MORE HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. BEING LOCATED IN A BAD AREA DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO BE RUDE TO EVERY CUSTOMER THAT WALKS IN.

Items are in stock, just as promised on the website. Staff is helpful in offering assistance without being pushy. Always a great experience.

I just needed a microwave and i found a great selection and great customer service. And the store and parking lot are well lit. I enjoyed my experience.

I come to this store frequently and ALWAYS encounter helpful employees. The employees find me and ask if I need assistance. Where else does this happen?

Kept getting my order wrong and as a result I lost my job from taking time off to be available for the installer. Got my order wrong 3 times!!! Never shopping here again

I am very thankful and proud of my local Home Depot Store! It is always properly staffed and the employees seem really happy working there! They are always willing to help if they can! It is always kept up nice and clean!

My wife and I have shopped at this HD for many years and this is the very first time I have had a negative experience. The cashier was extremely rood. He talked "down" to me and treated me as if I had no idea of what I was doing. His "help" wasn't a help attitude, but rather a "I know better than you attitude". Maybe he was having a bad day, but he didn't have to take it out on me.

Thank you for your Hospitality . This location is very clean and the staffs attitudes are pleasant. My family love our new washer!!!

The store was very clean and organized every product that I wanted was on the shelf and if it was not there one of your associates would go and get it they are so pleasant there is just a nice atmosphere at that store I would highly recommend anybody to go to that store

The associates are very helpful. The store is well stocked. Items are stocked and priced reasonably.

This store has a great garden center, I love to wander through it in the spring! Associates throughout the store are friendly & helpful and they are easy to find when you need them. The aisles are not full of boxes & associates stocking while you are trying to shop (that annoys me with other stores!)

Employees were extremely helpful and friendly which is hard to find at retailers.

Sadly, this store does not offer check-out lanes with employees to assist. Self check-out only, which is very disappointing. Today was my last visit.

Great store. Very knowledgeable and helpful employees. I shop there a lot and many of them know me by name.

I went to the HD (on north Michigan Road-Indpls IN) to purchase inside doors. There was nobody around, so I walked around until I found someone...told them my issue, they got on phone to get me help in doors. I waited about 5-10 minutes...no one! I repeated this step 3 times...finding an associate, them calling for help in doors. By the third time and no help...I left, went to the 38Th and High School Road store...found an associate immediately...ordered doors and left. I do't know if they were having issues with employee attendance or what but they need to address this problem especially before the holiday season Really get here! Both stores were very clean!

Purchased washer and dryer and delivery set up for 1 week, which I thought was quick. Also, they deliver to Crawfordsville. Sales associate came over to help me promptly, was courteous, knowledgeable, and kind.

I find all of the employees I have ever come across at this store to be extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

My experiences lately have not been good at this store. You see employees just walking around but when you need for them to do something you can't find one. First, my son had to go get the cart to put it on. Second he had NO help on putting it onto the cart. We took a 46'' long tall tool chest out to my car. I had told the cashier(s) twice that I needed someone to help me. My son also tried to get an employee that was putting up carts. We yelled and whistle to get his attention but he did not respond. Seems like lately the employees don't really care about customer service. I know that the only choice I have is where I spend my money. I have been a Home Depot customer for a very long time.
