We were there to buy a riding mower. The managers totally ignored us. The customer service team was very inexperienced. Dominique was friendly, though, and FINALLY, Daren helped and was very efficient. Marvin and Papa both blew us off and weren't helpful at all. The first mower we picked out ended up having rust on the casing of the engine. It took a huge amount of time to buy it -- like 1.5 hours. We didn't want to spend $2700 for something rusted. We decided to return it before we even left the store and buy a different one. The second one took forever too because they couldn't figure out how to get it unlocked. Then, the coupon we had was a problem because they used it on the first mower, so they had to make a bunch of phone calls. In all, it took 2.5 hours to get the correct mower, but even THEN, the mower's front wheel was flat and the battery was dead. They replaced the battery, but we had to pump up the wheel with our own portable pump. The entire experience was completely ridiculous. I would never buy a major purchase at this Home Depot again. They clearly have no idea what they're doing, with the exception of Daren, who is clearly very smart and on it. I wish all the employees were!!

I really enjoy shopping here. It is convenient in relationship to the commute to and from my home. They keep the basics in supply as needed

Love shopping for lawn plants, both spring and fall. Would like to see more variety for spring flowers. Store has great variety otherwise. Always clean and orderly.

If you visit these kinds of stores often you know that the staff is the make or break and im happy to say that the staff here is pretty A-Okay.

The employees are friendly, some may think they are a little rude but it is the way they break the ice when asking if they can help you.

Staff have always been pleasant, available, knowledgeable of products, always seem to have nice range of stock options...worth the drive to their store

Management is lazy and doesn’t like to help. The department people don’t know about the products and the management never helps them when called. To my experience it’s the people in orange polo shirts that help the best and they saw they are only merchandisers and can only provide minimal help.

I normally have a good experience. The previous trip on 13 July Friday morning was outstanding. The young woman in the garden shop was amazing. I wanted to purchase some miniature landscape fencing to compliment the perimeter of my from exterior. They were out of what I needed and so the young lady went obtained forklift help and provided a pallet of material. I purchased double what I had planned. I wish I had obtained her name. She really knew her merchandise. Then most recently I was helped by Jennifer who clearly did know her merchandise nor was she trying to learn especially since I did not look like her.

I purchased a $500 range that was delivered damage but the damage went unnoticed because the movers didn't unwrap the range after we decided not to have our items installed. The store and vendors are refusing to replace the range. The range is so badly damaged my girlfriend got metal splinters in her hand from rubbing on it. If something isn't done about it I'll never order another appliance from Home Depot again. The delivery contractors are HORRIBLE and unproffessional and likely damaged the range after they ran over a tree branch in my front yard.

The store has excellent tool selection which is the primary reason I liked Home Depot. however after my last experience I don't think I'll be going there again. The individual at the tool rental place told me that a sander he was showing was better then the belt sander I inquired about. I assumed he has experience and listened. After a week I returned the product with no success. Little to my knowledge he gave me a buffer. I spent well over $500 on renting the tool and purchasing the sandpaper and attempting to sand the floor with the floor sander/buffer. I even told the individual that the floor is in good shape and it still has the protective coat. After asking more questions after the machine that the gentlemen did not know his response was "I don't really know how to use it, I just work here." I'm very disappointed with the last experience.

I found what I needed but it took longer than expected because it was hard to find someone knowledgeable in the section. That's not to say I didn't find someone it just took a minute because they were busy with the fork lift and stuff like that. They did answer my questions when I talked to them. The store was clean but not all of the lumber had a sign on it so I had to bust out the tape measure. It seems like the sign might have been torn off by accident and just wasn't replaced yet. Not a big deal. The information sheets about the lumber were helpful but were not obvious to find at first. The associate that cut my lumber did a good job cutting straight. I had a guy once cut a board for me and it was a bit crooked. This store did have everything I needed for this project.

the store is neat and orderly, merchandise is easily located and available. employees are available to assist in all departments and even inquire if you need assistance as you are walking through the store. check out moves quickly and cashiers are friendly and helpful. all encounters i have experienced have been friendly and courteous.

This store over the last 12 to 18 months has made a major turn around with regard to customer service. I really enjoy shopping her again.

My brother and i were both purchasing a Toro Lawnmower that was on sale. i was very happy to find plenty of stock of the lawn mower especially since it was on sale.

I have found the employees of the Eagle Creek store to be oh so helpful; it is the Home Depot ad that I take issue with. Ads are vague ; even the employees are unable to interpret them in a way which will allow the customer to receive the discount advertised. They did not have a full line of Scott's products available

Store employees are eager to help. Every time I shop here I am amazed with the employees "can I help you find something" From the Assistant Manage (Misty) to the cashier at the Pro desk(Diane) every one is on task and are always willing to do what ever it takes to provide excellent customer service. The store is well kept and other than sometimes a isle is blocked off, everything is very assessable.

We don't often visit Home Depot but we were in the area and had seen a product online that was of interest. We ended up purchasing addl items as well but the customer service greatly exceeded our exceptions, so much so, that we will def make it a point to return in the future!

Painting area customer service is the words I don't recommend to try buying on 5's, one gallon is ok with them, but not a large amount!

I love the store because they are very clean and lovely environment. The employees are very friendly and always ready to help. I will always love to go there.
