I am so glad this store is in my neighborhood and that employees like Brad and Darriece are there with helpful assistance.

This afternoon, I bought a plant from Home Depot to cheer myself up during this snowy day. They have great selection of indoor plants and new seeding for spring. I am happy that I made the purchase. Hoping it will grow well in the coming months.

I got what I was looking for at fantastic price.

I bought BEHR paint recently... nice color for my outside door.

I was recently in this store for an appliance and I ran into a couple of employees (Toni and Zoe) who really went above and beyond for their customers. Toni in appliances will help you out, and Zoe is a great cashier! I only gave 4 stars because there was also a gentleman in appliances who was rude and couldn't be bothered to help me. Therefore, I had to wait for Toni, who was busy with other customers. This resulted in my shopping trip taking 2 hours instead of the 30 it could/should have been. Zoe made checking out a pleasure and without Toni, I wouldn't have had the freezer I needed that day!

I usually leave my wallet at home now since everywhere I shop supports Apple Pay, with the apparent exception of Home Depot. This is extremely inconvenient and needs to be fixed ASAP.

Knowledgeable and friendly associates for my garden purchases

I had a long list of various items and I randomly asked the first employee I saw. This young man helped me find everything on my list very quickly. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable and was considerate of my budget. At the end, I found out he was the Assistant Manager, Infinity. Home Depot is lucky to have such a great employee!

Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. There are always enough employees to help which is uncommon in similar home improvement stores.

I purchased a ceiling fan from Home Depot 4136, East Liberty, Pgh, PA. When I carried it into the house, I could hear screws rolling around, bumping into metal parts. I opened the box to see everything unwrapped, unpacked, thrown back into the box. Since I had no idea if all the pieces were there or if it even worked, I returned it to Home Depot Collier #4160 and purchased the fan from there. I did take a video of the box. this is the 2nd time I received an item like this from this store.

Bryan Jones in the Flooring Department is very helpful and friendly. We ran into several issues, and he is able to assist us promptly and take care of the problems. Thank you, Bryan.

Dorn who works in the Garden Center was exceptional! Went above and beyond to help us find the shed that I needed.

Staff is always helpful and I feel like the store is part of the community it serves.

The store is well organized and its products and services displayed in shelves located in aisles whose labels are prominently placed for customers to see as they navigate through the store. Store assistants are available to assist and do so with an welcoming smile and professional competence

Was a very bad experience customer service employees won't help you won't move out the house won't do nothing won't show you anything they'll tell you what hours it in but won't walk you to the hour or anything customer service is horrible

I was looking for a specific size screw to fix a broken bucket, and James helped me until we found the right part. He was friendly, resourceful and took the time to make sure I was able to find the correct piece to replace the one that was missing. I left the store feeling thankful and relieved that an employee went above and beyond to help me. In general, I have found the employees at this location to be friendly and helpful.

Great people. Great service. Always find what I need. Also had a delivery which was on time and professional.

My mom and I had a great customer service representative help us today, her name is Shaniqua Roscoe. She was very nice and helpful that I would recommend her to other if they need any help.

This is a blue collar shopping experience. Many pros shop here. The staff have always been like family. The parking is plentiful. Seems like I go there about once a week for at least 10 years. There are very many items in stock. If they do not carry some item they will tell you where to get it elsewhere.

I years of have been going to the East Liberty Home Depot ever since they have been open and had plenty of professional and courteous help from their staff. I will continue to patronize this store as I'm a home owner and appreciate the knowledge from the staff when I need their help. Over the years I have been treated very respectful and professional but today I had a bad experience with one of their employees. I will not say his name because I did report him to management. As a playing customer we need to be treated with respect and don't let one bad apple spoil years of being a satisfied customer.

The store employees like Calina and Gerald were very helpful, kind, and patient, including with my toddler who quite enjoyed the carts with little steering wheels!

The store had masks and sanitation stations everywhere for customers. Customer Service people are the best and Associate Calina will always be sure to treat you as you should be!

Beautiful clean store to shop in. Has everything in stock that you are looking for. And a special shout out of appraise to an employee by the name of Isaich. What a wonderful helpful employee. He is definitely an asset to Home Depot.

I was so impressed with everyone I met during my shopping experience. Definitely the best time is to go in the evening as there is ample time for personal service. I was put in great hands following the expertise of one associate , Benji, who found me just the right lightbulb for my needs, not an easy solution with so many choices in the store! When I need something to fix or improve at Home, then Home Depot at East Liberty is the place I go to. Been going there from past 12 years now and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Need to have more help around, sometimes can't find help.

I have been going to this particular Home Depot for 17 years plus. The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Any they rearranged the store or moved items. I could always depend on one the staff members to lead me in the right direction.
