Great store, however the white street pedestrian parking lot lines are faded and need to be repainted in the pedestrian entrance in the front of the store.

The service at the store is incredibly uneven. Some employees are incredibly helpful and friendly; others are downright rude.

I love shopping here but please, please, please inspect products that are returned before putting them back on the shelves. I bought a Ridgid multi-material saw and it was missing all three cutting wheels. And no thanks to the person who returned it without the wheels.

This store is clean & reliable of products, & services. Always a pleasure day& quick polite service..

The was clean shelves were neat.Cashier Gwendean very helpful and nice.

The team in the appliance's department were extremely helpful. We needed an emergency buy for a new stove the day before Thanksgiving. The team was so kind and asked an operations to help. He pulled some strings and by a miracle helped us out. Now I will be able to get the cooking and baking done for Thanksgiving!

My experience at this Home Depot yesterday was excellent. I was able to find what I needed, the staff was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and most of all "kind!! I was in and out in a short period of time. Great job Deandre and Christina!!

My online experience was wonderful after I found someone to answer the phone and not disconnect.

The store is always very busy and the staff handles the customers well--never feel like you are taken for granted.

Home Depot was an 'oasis' during the quarantine and continues to be. A welcome destination. A positive atmosphere. An opportunity to be productive and creative. Thank you for the experience.

Staff assistance was exceptional. Restroom was clean and tidy. Shelves fully stocked. Appliances were modern.

I love this store. I have shopped here since it first opened. The associates are great. They know their areas, and the cashiers and customer service clerks are superb. This store has never disappointed me. I am especially grateful for the way they handled my many special orders in the past. Keep up the good work.

Everybody there is always helpful and knowledgeable. Just bought major appliances and Rick was helpful and happy through the whole process. During the day more help but when you go in the evening seems you wait a very long time to get assistance. But customer service is very good!!

I have never ran into any problem, whatsoever at the East Liberty Home Depot. There are many professional employees at this paparticular store, that will do what they possibly can to give 100% Customer Service.

This store always has the best selection, lots of choices. Employees are engaged and attentive.

I can always find what I need easily, and they are always in stock. Also, I was able to get assistance from the friendly associates who helped me get items from a top shelf when needed. love this store because store is clean. Would recommend coming to this store.

This is such a great Home Depot to shop....the staff is so nice, from the cashiers, (like Oliva) and sales staff/designers (Aggie, Sam, Monica and John & Jed @ the Pro desk) to the Management (John and Henry)...you never have to wait long in a line and they take their time to assist and design whenever they can. The store is also very clean and abides by the corona virus guidelines, I enjoy shopping there.

Associate who helped me check out wasn't wearing her mask correctly. (She had it just over her mouth, her nose was out) But she wouldn't touch anything. Totally did not care about me, the customer at all. I had to scan myself out, using a scanner that hadn't been cleaned in between customers. This was after waiting an hour for 1 gallon of paint and I was first in line. Tried the curbside pickup a couple of months ago. After waiting 30 minutes, 3 of the 5 flower pots were broken. I won't be back.

Marty from gardening, and Kurtis, the manager, were very friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. They made this a GREAT shopping experience, and I highly recommend this store!!!

Cashier Djenaba was disrespectful to a veteran and his family. There is no reason to support a store that breeds intolerance and disrespect for anyone, especially our veterans.
