Customer service is FIRST RATE, was able to locate a part that the aisle employee said did not exist.

Home Depot has helped me with all aspects of my project in an efficient and courteous manner.

The process for my door order and installation is an ongoing 5 month NIGHTMARE. They LOST THE DOOR in the one month between the date the door arrived and the date of install (after they gave me attitude for calling to check the door had arrived). They didn't even notice the door was lost until 3pm the day before the install. I was told upon ordering the door that this entire process would take 1-2 months. I was promised a new rush-ordered door and rushed install, both are taking just as long if not longer than the original order. I ordered the door in September and will not have a door installed until the end of February, 5 months for a front door, and that's if they don't lose it again. I would have rather paid more for a professional and had this done correctly and on time.

I live across the river from another home improvement store, but 100% of the time prefer to drive the 3 miles to Home Depot because the staff are so friendly and helpful; I know that I can walk in the door, and someone will ask me if I need help finding anything, take me to what I'm looking for, and I can accomplish what I came for quickly and with time to spare, to enjoy browsing and picking up a few more items. Thanks, Home Depot, for a culture of relaxed and happy employees who are eager to help customers and make it easy for us to spend money, getting our money's worth for the shopping experience as well as the products. Best Home Improvement store ever!! : )

Employees are very helpful.

Your 1st visit determines your satisfaction.....you will either be pleased or disappointed.......your 2nd visit will confirm your initial impression.....your 3rd visit will make you part of the Depot Store 4136...family.....you will recognize familiar faces and cheerful personalities ......it becomes a desirable destination......not just a place you feel you "have" to go.....

The Christmas tree attendants were really helpful.

The employees in this store consistently provide excellent, patient, cheerful assistance. Whenever I walk in the door, I immediately feel like I can fix whatever problem my 110-year-old house can serve up. Definitely worth my repeated visits for the multitude of issues I need to deal with.

The store associate, Angie S. was extremely helpful to me . She went out of her way several times trying to accommodate and make my visit as enjoyable as possible. The treatment i recieved from Angie should NOT go unnoticed ! If every associate treated folks like Angie does, i feel there would be more people shopping at the stores instead of online. She is without a doubt the best sales person i ever dealt with.

I needed two things. Got in, got help, got on my way. Always happy here.

Friendly employees

Space is at a premium but it would be nice if carts were available INSIDE the store especially for lumber. WHY is a nickname necessary for ANYTHING?

Always do a great job even though its a high-traffic store w/ contractors. As a business owner, I know that being effective may not always look the prettiest. This store is effective and gets the job done.

I've gone here at least a hundred times in the past year. The store is typically well-stocked with materials, tools and accessories at competitive prices to finish most lighting, plumbing and storage projects. However, products can be difficult to find, so I usually use the website to find the aisle and bay number, whenever possible but WiFi is spotty there. Staff assistance can also be hit or miss, but generally it's helpful. They are constantly moving things as well, which I think is counter productive to locating products, getting through aisles and/or having product accessible to purchase. Sometimes, I buy what I can reach thinking its the same and then kick myself when I have to return it because it didn't work out.

Someone asking for money in the parking lot, reported to customer service, she said she already knew and didn’t say if anything was being done. I would think some customers may be afraid to come to this location due to this person, he was very persistent, should have notified police

Very well stocked store

Recently shopped there for some small pieces of wood- for my granddaughter's clubhouse signs ( she's 9 ) and for a small repair job. Orlando was our employee helper . He took us to the area, found the perfect pieces , got the saw, glue and C-clamps for us and asked if we needed anything else!! He was awesome and hope he gets the recognition that he deserves!!

Darcie gave me two bottles of cold water when she saw me into the store very hot and sweaty. Corey at customer service was very friendly and efficient when I picked up my purchase. Such friendly and kind people. We need more of them.

Be prepared to be harrased and experience horrible customer service. Also, there may be few to zero products if you're looking for storage, electrical, and hardware items. It's 2019 but feels like the 1950s - most employees there are sexist, rude, and misogynist. Warning - shop elsewhere.

I got a run-around at the Monroeville store trying to buy patio furniture. After waiting forever for someone to wait on us, they finally told us that the floor model was all that was left. Would not budge on the price and told us the closest store that had it in stock was Allison Park - a good 45 minutes away. Went to East Liberty and bought it there - 15 minutes away.

We went in for bolts. We were lost so we asked an employee 'Jim' for assistance. Jim told us we were looking for machine screws, found the size and then found us exactly what we needed. It was for our crib and baby is due in a week so we were really grateful for his help.
