The Homedepot Store on Jericho Turnpike Commack NY takes pride is service excellence ~ all associates are welcoming and knowledgeable!! Whenever I ask employees how long they have worked there it's pretty much a long tenure shows dedication and loyalty.

Friendly and helpful staff! Lots of choices.

The store is well stocked like all the Home Depots. The contractors that came to install the new water heater were friendly neat and punctual - - what more can you ask for.

I was especially impressed with this store today. The employees in the store acknowledged me several times and I received personal assistance in the the tile dept and in the tool dept. I highly recommend the E Northport Home Depot.

I always find the products I'm looking for, and more at this store. It is always clean, and organized. The employees and sales people are always friendly and eager to assist. The Commack store is always well stocked, and I've never left there empty handed.

overall rita the greeter was very nice and made me feel welcome mel in electrical is very very good and knows his stuff he can really help you the paint girl alexa was fabulous and knows paint very very helpful the lot guy steve is also talented and will get your car loaded safely on the cashier side ona and alex are most helpful gardening has tim tucker who keeps the sheves stocked and is cordial but is useless if you need help really just a guy to put the stuff out he has no value at all other than to put the product on the ' shelf there is no intelligent helpl in gardening. hardware is ok but no one ot guide you... tool coral is wonderful with the handsome guy john in the red shirt man he is great and he knows what you need and will explain each tool and the advantage of one over the other the guy has a phd in tools the management is good and cliff on the front end is a real person who will hlep you 1202 is a good store but honestly syosset is much better with more help and cleaner

Our experience today in the window treatment department was a great one. The sales associate (Dave) who helped us was pleasant !!and extremally knowable . This young man went out of his way to also assist a fellow associate , to give my husband and I a moment to make some choices.

Salesperson Dave DTC21AG in the flooring dept was outstanding If the rating was 1 to 10 with10 being outstanding I would give him 11 He was extremely helpful from start to finish He even said to me me that he would go to lunch at 230 instead of2 PM so he could complete my order In short this salesperson was outstanding

Everything about this store has always been my one stop shop for anything I need for my home repairs or remodels. The staff are always very helpful and if they don't know the answer to your question they will call upon other staff to get the answer for you. Excellent experience every time!

Christine in the door dept. spoke with me like a knowledgeable friend would help me out at a lawn party - when we used to have parties in the back yard (:-( She knew her stuff and was off the charts willing to share her experience. Totally blew away any stereo types of women not knowing their way around a Home Depot. She was terrific and spoke so highly of Home Depot, how they treated her during the pandemic and how she is very supportive of the company and its mission. She's a keeper !!

It is nice to know that we can be entered in the sweepstakes, but this was truly to recognize Ron D. It's nice to be able to work with someone who is pleasant and goes the extra mile.

I was overcharged for items and I had an EXTREMELY difficult time getting a price adjustment. The representative at the customer service desk flatly told me that she could not charge me the correct price as posted. The item was clearly marked "$29.97, was $36.97" - she told me that I had to pay $36.97. I had to seek out a qualified supervisor for assistance. The customer service representative was not trained properly, she was rude, unapologetic, and unskilled. She simply could not perform her duties a a customer service agent.

Not everyone who shops at Home Depot is a contractor or very handy. This is the first Home Depot store that the staff seems to understand that, and they were helpful and patient with my many questions. There are probably 4 more HD stores closer to me but this one is worth the extra drive.

Terrible! Only one register available to pay cash at! Ridiculous! They’re trying to force people who want to pay with cash to open a Home Depot account! That is sneaky & an unscrupulous business practice!!!

Not enough registers available to pay with cash!!! Most of the time the wait to pay for merchandise is unreasonable!

Well stocked, well run and with people like CHRISTINE in Windows: extremely well staffed.

The staff were very friendly. They did their best. Everyone seems to be busy doing their work and so were motivated to do a good job. I have found this good attitude throughout the store departments. It could do with some more modernization of store layout, but at the end of the day, there is inevitably the thing you need somewhere in there. The Returns area is more efficient than its used to be.

The commack store is my favorite. Mainly because the customer service associates at the desk are extremely helpful. Whenever you have an issue with an order , or have questions about something to buy, they are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I prefer this store over any of the other stores in my area, and will only come to this one!
