Very clean, neat and organized store! Shelves were fully stocked. Employees were very friendly! The cashier Jake provided great customer service and was very nice and friendly as well! He acknowledged me when I arrived at the cash register, and I asked about Christmas decorations and lights. He let me know where I can find the Christmas lights and decorations. I found everything that I needed. I will definitely go back to shop at the Home Depot in Eastlake!

The Home Depot in Eastlake, Chula Vista, is very clean and organized. The shelves were fully stocked for Black Friday! The employees through out the store were friendly. The cashier Jake provided outstanding customer service from when we arrived at his cash register all the way through checking out and paying for our items. He greeted my family and I when we first arrived, asked if we found everything we need, and thanked us for shopping at Home Depot! Awesome and Outstanding Job! I will definitely go back to this Home Depot to shop! Thank you!

im a fast shopper i know what i want and like going in getting the items i need and leave. knowing the locations of items in home depot i go and get items and out the door. and if i need help the staff are openly helpful to help with suggestions.

It's always a good experience overall. I do suggest more customer service people with gardening area

Employees are always helpful no matter what. 10 years ago that wasn't the case and I am happy to note the improvement with the overall customer service.

The staff are knowledgeable and the store is very clean. They have almost everything you need from appliances to home improvement.

I visit the store quite often and mostly have had positive experiences each and every time. The store has always carried the products that I am there to purchase and reasonably priced. Lastly, beware of Maria in the garden shop, not the friendliest person in that store. Very temperamental and triggered!

Maria in the garden department was above and beyond her duties when she took care of me in the garden department. She showed me clearance items that I purchased right on the spot and saved me a. Lot of money in the process. She is an excellent employee and she made my day extremely easy when finishing my backyard retaining wall project. Promote this employee now. She works extremely hard and makes the garden department shine. Thank you Maria!! You are the best!!

We were in the market for a kitchen appliance suite and washer/dryer combo. The two appliance specialists that worked with us (Ramon and Ceirra) on several different occasions were very knowledgeable about the products and discounts, helpful, patient and had our best interests in mind. We asked a lot of questions, compared a lot of products, and changed our minds several times but they always remained pleasant and never showed any signs of frustration! They were AMAZING!!! The only disappoint we had was that Home Depot was out of stock of our first choice dishwasher and washing machine so we had to go with our second choice. But Ceirra made sure that we were completely satisfied with the choice that we ended us with!

Mark from Gardening provided excellent service to help us pick a great grill. I highly recommend anyone interested in any outdoor stuff to ask for him.

I love shopping to this store due to the cleanliness and more organized. Shelves are well stock and easy to find. The associates are more helpful than ever.

To put it simple, the front staff/cashier's were awesome, but the staff in the back who are there to help you find stuff were the rudest homedepot employee's I have ever encountered

I am a regular shopper at this store. (as well as other Home Depots) and am happy with the service. It is well stocked with what I need and if an item is not available I have been able to order what I need.
