Home Depot is my favorite home improvement store. Reasonable price,I can find almost everything I need.

i FIND THE #1030 CHULA VISTA HOME DEPOT A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. THEY KEEP THE STORE WELL STOCKED AND NEET, AND THE CLERKS ARE VERY WILLING TO HELP.

Don't ask Maria for help I garden department. She's no help. Even if your the only person in her area.

Employee Hugo helped me choose lumber, he helped me cut the lumber to the right size and he pointed out that one of the boards I had was warped. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Liz in the appliance department went above and beyond for us. We had no clue there were package deals for kitchen appliances! What a steal. She was patient and very informative. One of the best employees we've come to meet at HD since shopping around the last few weeks. This store had everything we needed and the few things they didn't have they were able to get it shipped to our house within a couple of days! One less trip for us. Thank you Liz for your patience and kindness tonight!! Also, this had to be one of the cleanest stores we've been in. The shelves were neat, the aisles were free of clutter. Amazing - wish more stores could look this clean!

Home Depot is a powerhouse store for homeowners. Whenever I"m in need of doing something around the house, I first go to Youtube to learn how to do it, then to the Home Depot to pick up my supplies, and get expert opinion on what I learned on Youtube. This is a great store that sometimes lack staff to assist. The store is always neat and stocked.

Super great store. I just moved into the neighborhood and as any new home owner I have a large "to do" list. Each trip to this store I have been assisted by great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. I will be spending a lot of time here over the next couple of months as I get my new home complete.

This is a great store! It's clean and bright. I can usually find what I need or get help with locating items. Whether you are buying from the garden shop, paints, bathroom remodels, and special orders, etc. the people are very helpful and you can tell that they enjoy their work.

The level of customer service was 5 + stars!!! Carlos R helped me find the exact size of lumber I needed for the blueprints I had and made the exact cuts I needed (because I don't have the tools at home). After I said thank you for all of his help, he reached out his hand to shake mine... I was beyond impressed. Then, at check out, Omar was very friendly and honored my military discount and thanked me for my service. Amy was in earshot and thanked me as well. Excellent customer service on all levels!!!

This store has great customer service. Staff seem to enjoy working at this store. They are easy to locate, kindly respond to questions, educate you about DIY projects and the appropriate products to use.

Like all Home Depots, this one has great employees and inventory.

This store is always clean the staff there is very friendly always greeting you when they see you walk around the store, they always ask if you need help with anything.

This Home Depot in Chula Vista East Lake was exceptional due to the sales associate Eddie in flooring and blinds. He took us and guided through the entire process of purchasing our floors and blinds. Eddie answered our questions and never seemed like he was in a hurry or frustrated with our questions. He made sure we were happy with our decisions. He called me several times the next day to give me updates on our orders. I never thought I was abandoned.

This store offers serious help and attention with a smile. They are at your service. Excellent listeners and genuinely interested in you and your project. I drive out of my way to shop at this Home Depot versus the one that is closer to my home ~ as they have truly earned my business with their service. On my last visit I needed help from 4 associates. Pancho, who was AWESOME in getting my issues resolved at the service desk; Kelley who has been genuinely interested in my kitchen remodel and is always available to help with your design, color, and combining needs. I believe it was Marco at the Paint counter that was spectacular with his service and info on the paints I needed; and last but not least, Jacuelyn who helped me check out and got me help putting everything in my car. This store and their staff deserve 5+ stars!!!
