My microwave had gone out and I needed on for my kitchen remodel. I went to the El Dorado store and they were very helpful in helping us get the exact model I needed.

Dineen was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of her job. A pleasure to deal with.

We are looking for a new home appliance. We went for a a dryer duct, but decided to look at refrigerators. G helped us while looking at them all. He really knows the products.

I bought lumber, backer board for a remodel. excellent product selection

No help with lumber, employee just walked right past us. Got home with a miss marked product causing delay in hired help, cost of fuel, time wasted. This store has gone down the drain! Worse experience ever! No help loading after asking! Customers were helping each other!!!

After I parked, I walked into the garden area and was nicely greeted by the nice lady. Furthermore, I found everything I came for. The experience was successful and I am very satisfied with the Home Depot in Eldorado, Ark.

Had a very good day at Home Depot today had every thing I was looking for.

I love shopping at El Dorado Home Depot that always have what I am looking for.

Managers do not respect employees on or off the clock

I went to buy 15 sheets of siding and a corner. I told the cashier this but he charged me for full box. When I said something about it , he told me to go to the other end of the store and do a refund. So my trip consisted of no customer service and took me 3 times longer having to wait in multiple lines .

Everything you need,for what ever project is all there in one store Great products,great environment, great store

Thank you all at Home Depot Eldorado Arkansas! We needed a freezer. We had struggled with the back log of orders on freezers - one morning we had not choice. Ours went out! You had one when we needed it! Thank you for the excellent service and a local store we can actually shop for our needs.

The hard hat I needed was too high to reach so an employee named Ricky from a different department came over to help me get it down. All the greeters and checkout staff were really friendly and happy and it made for a nice trip to the store.

Items I am looking for are always easy to find and if not, an employee is very willing to assist. The store is in a great location with plenty of parking and laid out well. The signage on the main isles as you enter the store is a tremendous help.

Dirty, trashy, junky, rude, unhelpful, poorly stocked. Not worth the effort to shop here.

I would like to recommend two worker Brandon Winchester and Brooklin Hinkle in the Eldorado Ar 71730 to get more workers like these in all home depot store it’s good to have great helpers and handy w Workers on the store team keep up the good work the both of you!

The store was clean and the cashier Dorothy had a beautiful personality.

Having been in the store 3 times in the past week today was worse than the other 2. No shopping carts inside, aisles blocked off with stock. 1 aisle had a pallet right in the middle instead of to one side. At the checkout a pallet was left right at the counter i commented that whoever left it there should be fired the cashier said it was like that when she came in. the store is dirty and it looks like a bomb went off in the garden center. It looks like management it non existent.

The store was neat and clean and the employees were very busy helping the customers!
