This store is very importenant to the south arkansas population. Only outlet for many items.

Awesome hard working employees always willing to help out. Very clean store. Safety is well maintained. Parking is abundant. Building is always cool. Bathrooms are kept up.

First of all, I was able to find the products I was looking for easily. I asked for assistance and someone was sent to the dept quickly. The sales associate was able to answer the questions that I asked concerning the products. The store's atmosphere was pleasant and the store was clean. The sales associates were friendly and made me feel welcome while shopping. I really enjoy shopping at the Home Depot Store in El Dorado.

For my household and gardening needs, I shop at Home Deport Store #8537 in El Dorado where service is friendly and helpful. I love the in-store order and drive up service too. Aisles are clean and shelves are neatly stocked. If a product is sold out, it's so easy to order online. Recently both UPS and FedEx delivered my healthy Azaleas right up to my drive in only a few days.

The Home Depot store ( 8537 ) in El Dorado has always been a favorite store of mine. They have friendly associates and they try hard to help you with your needs. They usually have what you are looking for. The store is located in a section of town that makes it real accessible to get to. On this particular trip there was one item that was hard to find but and associate did point me in the right direction. The sales clerk was real friendly and did a great job of asking me did I find everything that I needed.

Social distancing was not being practiced by many & way to many in store. Very few had on mask. Not enough employees to assist customers. Only 1 type appliance in store for purchase & if you order, you have to wait 2-3 weeks.

Excellent customer service in the paint department. Even last minute before closing she had a great attitude with a smile.

The Eldorado store was is very close to me to travel too. I don't live in Eldorado but it is always worth the trip down there to gather whatever tools that I need. I have had several great visits at the store and I plan to continue to use the store as my main hardware store.

There never seem to be any lumber carts except the ones in the isles full. Employees are visiting with each other or on their phones have to interrupt them to ask where to find things. Many employees don’t seem to care to help you. Today almost got run over by the forklift because it was being driven so fast.

The store was cleaned and stocked. The sales associates were very friendly.

Good flowers, but; the workers should water the plants more often, before they get too dry.

Mr. George (G2) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable regarding our appliance purchases. Will return to shop here. Thank you!

EJ is an essential,awesome, helpful young man thank you for helping me fill my list and thank you cody for helping load my truck. My husband has underlying conditions and can't live through this covid 19. And these two young men helped me get the things we needed without my husband getting out of the truck.

Thanks so much for staying open and taking care of the community during this covid-19 panic.

Much improved in past 5 years. I go to this store 3-5 times / week. Much cleaner, more friendly, employees are more knowledgeable. 5 years ago, if I could not find something, I would have to find it myself. Frequent empolyee turnover. Much better.

We bought a very large BBQ grill but we have a small car and no way to get it home. Steven was so helpful that he loaded it up in the HD truck and brought it to our house for free. He wouldn't even accept a gratuity. He's always so helpful. Thanks Steven.

The older gentleman that helped us in ordering our appliance was very busy but still helped us and was very nice and pleasant. G2 is his name.

Very friendly staff, very helpful employees

The over all appearance of the store is neat and clean, however the roof is leaking back in the back of the store. We have had an extremely huge amount of rain and the problem could not have been fixed, but it needs to be done as soon as the rain stops. The associates were friendly and extremely helpful.
