Excellent customer service by Trent when purchasing a pressure washer this evening.

I live in Haynesville, and though there are other hardware/building supply stores that are closer, they are too often a waste of time. I know that when I go to Home Depot, I'm going to find what I need, and if I do require assistance, the employees are knowledgeable and willing to steer me in the right direction, make recommendations, or explain about products. Also, they are some of the nicest, friendliest people, and always make me feel as though they're genuinely happy to help. Good products, good prices, great service ... what more could you ask?

Recent visit to Home Depot was a quick in and out. Easily found what I needed and a friendly associate checkout.

I ordered a gift online for instore pick up. Was ready that day! The in store pick up process was quick and I was out and on my way.

Great employees and the store is clean!

The El Dorado Home Depot has improved in service, compared to last year which was horrible. We are a 127 Apartment complex and try to do business local, however after last years service we received we was shopping more elsewhere. Yesterday, I received good service getting doors loaded. The poor pro desk worker did have problems with computer systems going down had to reboot several times. However, this is not his fault. Thanks

Customer service is and is where I spend my money. I have encountered staff there that are Knowledgeable. I'm proud and satisfied and leave without a dought. Other than the grass seed I purchased and was sold other seed than I wanted after I accessed HD website showed me other. My lawn didn't turn out the way I wanted. But I will continue to shop at my local HD. I completed the survey . Survey says there's a problem???? What else can I expect nothing is for free.

Shopping at the Home Depot in El Dorado has always been a pleasure. The employees never fail to greet me with a smile and go out of their way to assist me in locating whatever I came to purchase. In addition, the store is always clean and neat, well stocked, and well organized.

I enjoy shopping in the El Dorado store quite frequently. The employees are nice and the store is well stocked and clean. One employee in particular, E.J. is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cashier was perfect example of how NOT to provide customer service. No greeting. No acknowledgment. Not even a "Thank you" when I was leaving. Another employee had absolutely no interest in helping me when I asked about some products. He simply grunted and looked away. Horrible customer service. I prefer stores where employees know and want to do their jobs, not just get a paycheck.

Horrible customer service. No greeting. No acknowledgement. No Thank You. Horrible. Cashier could not have been worse. No employee seemed interested in actually talking to or helping customers.

You can find some of the items you need but the costumer service would be better. Every time I seem to asked something no one knew the answer and they keep sending me from person to person.

Very friendly people. Easy to find what you need. They didn’t have as many welding supplies as I thought they would.
