At my last visit the associate at the customer service desk, where we have made purchases many times before, told my 95 year old uncle that he had to take purchases to the regular checkout lane. It was rude and inconsiderate of my uncle who has health issues.

Thank you for the great service. The associate was very understanding, considerate, and helpful.

This is the best Home Depot I’ve ever been to…the staff is helpful, knowledgeable and fun.

I have shopped at the Ellsworth Home Depot for 3 1/2 years now since I started Patriot Homes. I have never experienced more helpful, knowledgeable, and kind people working at the Pro Desk, and management. I would highly recommend them for any of your professional needs or home improvement projects. I am a favorite of Ryobi tools. I have about every tool they offer. The value and durability of these tools are excellent. The variety of product in the store is second to none, if you need it, they have it, and if they don't have it, they will get it for you. I find the employees at this store very helpful and pleasant.

It was nice to have friendly customer service people who actually know there store and the products they carry and where to find them. It was also refreshing to have a check out clerk to ask if I would like to check out with him, and not just watch me walk past headed to the self checkout

Really trustworthy to design a kitchen in your while incorporating as much as possible in the space available

userd ellsworth home depot to exchange a 20 lb tank of propane because no other stres in my area had any in stock. the cashier mary alice was very cheerful and helpful. she cashed me out very fast and explained how to use the kiosk outside the building very well. also said if i had a problem come back and find her and she would be glad to help. no problem using kiosk as her directions were very good. mary alice gave me the impression she was very happy to be at work and able to help. i have used the ellsworth store a lot as it is the closest to me and most usually getting assistance can be slow (just to find some help) but mary alice was right on the job !!! SHE IS CERTAINLY A GREAT EMPLOYEE AND ASSET TO HOME DEPOT. THANK YOU MARY ALICE. others there could use her as an example.

The Ellsworth, ME Home Depot is a well run store. This is due in large part to a staff that is numerous, knowledgeable, pleasant, and ready to help you in anyway they can. This is not always the case in many HDs.

the employees always ready to assist. If I can't find a product, they will walk me to it.

Compared to other Home Depot stores I have shopped out this one has the most helpful staff and it is always a pleasure shopping here.

Ellsworth Home Depot excels, particularly with the service of Mary Alice! She is funny, knowledgeable and greets every customer as if they are the most important person in the world. We see her every weekend and she never ceases to amaze us with her positive attitude. It is a joy and we look forward to shopping in the Ellsworth store.

This is a wonderful Home Depot! I like all the employees and Sarah at the pro desk is wonderful! She used to be in charge of the garden department, which is not as good as now that she has moved to the pro desk but I know they will figure it out!

Lumber section, the employees were absolutely useless. One excuse after another on why it took so long to get help when many of the employees were standing around at the end cap talking 3 of Home Depot’s Finest.

I shop here because I like the shopping. The people are nice to deal with. everyone appears to like shopping here because its getting more and more crowded. Its a well done store.

I come back to this store because of convenience, location, the store has what i want when I want it, rarely out of stock, the employees are always polite and helpful when they are needed.

I keep coming back to Home Depot because I get good service, employees are polite and are glad to help. They are very personable.

Friendly And accommodating. Small mixup on getting my rug ordered. Put me behind two weeks. But I am in hopes to have it in within the month.

Everything was great, just wished I could get a credit card

I “recommend” the store mainly because it’s the only game in town, but generally it’s okay. I shop here about twice a month, most recent visit was on Oct 11 at 6pm. Did an In-Store Pick-Up (always works well) of two items, then went looking for two Ryobi 18+ tools. Neither had stock on the sheIves- asked an employee, he looked up on his handheld which reported 4 units of each in store. Nope. How can the system be off that much? $230 in a lost sale right then. Also, echoing several recent reviews, I saw 3 employees (including the guy helping me directly!) with their face masks down under the nose. Ridiculous- store managers are dropping the ball on this simple but vital practice.

A good clean store with friendly, helpful people working there. I will shop there soon, the next time I need something or have to pick up something for a project!

In this time though the employees need to wear their masks correctly!!!!
