Best day at Home Depo today! The staff were friendly and very helpful! The best was when they did not know the answer to a question, they didn't make it up, or let me know what they thought, they found the answer for me. My last several experiences there have been great because of the friendly staff.

Cashier at Lumber check out isn't very friendly. Hard to get Military discount. Rest of store seem friendly and willing to help when you can locate an Associate to help.

store neat and clean. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Most of are dealings have been with Mary Alice, Sharon, Richard and David plus many others. We are greeted every time we come in and feel feel this is our favorite place to shop.

When I asked for the military discount (which is generally not a problem at this store) the cashier said, "Looks like nothing today!" without even requesting the discount. I understand the lumber shouldn't be discounted, but the general merchandise most certainly should have. I have faced difficulty with this same issue at this store before. While it was adequately resolved in the past, the sheer joy your cashiers receive with denying a customer's request, especially a physically disabled Vet, is unexcusable. This store is convienent, and some of the employees (Mac, Presley, Dylan, Lydia) are exceptionally helpful and friendly, but I think we'll drive the extra 45 miles and go to a competitor. It's worth the time to avoid having to deal with employees that look down on me for being a Veteran.

stre is cluttered in the isles with carts of shelf stock, department help hard to get,some items such as shingles are not usable because they are stuck together quality in this store needs some work as far as department service goes. most cashiers on check out are very good.

Recently I visited the Ellsworth me store and could not find what I was looking for on my own. Asked a gentleman in paint department who had his assistant look it up and he found the item. He then directed me to customer service who ordered the item online because it was not a stock item, the item arrived where I wanted it shipped ahead of estimated date. Great service!

The store had the merchandise I wanted on the day that I shopped for it. The store is easy to reach traffic-wise.

I was able to make a purchase with "inside" service and "outside" service into one check-out when I picked up multiple bags of mulch today.

This store always makes sure that it's customers are satisfied. This is one of the main reasons I like shopping here. The customer service is excellent. They have a good selection of quality products at reasonable prices. Their location is very convenient.

shopped ellsworth store on 3-7-19 and checkout was erica was very friendly and helpful. she asked right away if i was a veteran and got my military discount . some cashiers there are grumpy and only do the minimum .
