I had an unusual circumstance with a purchase and the manager went above and beyond to help me resolve it. The customer service at this store is absolutely the best. They really care about their customers.

Always have a good experience @ this store. Employees are helpful & knowledgeable. Now that there is a traffic light on main road, it makes the shopping experience even better!

This is twice in a week. I have left a cart full of items because I refuse to ring my self up. Yes if I have one or two items that's great but not a cartful. So, since you didn't want to pay someone to ring me up, you can pay someone to put my stuff back. Thank you for saving me a lot of money...

I’ve gone Several Times going to this particular store in recent weeks. A younger fella named Zach extremely great guy and helpful and caring a lovely lady at customer service named Karen. They are part of a whole that make this particular store a Home Depot shopping experience pleasant to remember.

I will still give 5 stars because my experience was great. I purchased a New Cub Cadet LT46. I may be off on the names so please excuse me. But the Cashier (Alex?) as well as Levi, were absolute amazing at making sure I was taken care of properly and happy. The store Manager on shift at the time, (Jenny?) was super sweet. I had my 2 year old daughter and wife with me. She brought my baby girl a lollipop and a cute little project to take home and build. The gentleman who helped me load the tractor (Brian R) was awesome! He even showed me a few tips and tricks about the tractor. He seemed to be very well knowledgable on the product! My biggest complaint is big, but I can not take it out on the employees at the store, as I know they are not the specific ones who assembled it. The seat has 2 bolts to hold it on, 1 was finger tight, the other bolt was missing completely. I had to come back and buy a new one, to use my new tractor. The headlights were not hooked up, the battery was not connected, and there was no oil in the engine. (I am not sure if this is how they are supposed to come, if so, it should definitely be noted or mentioned before delivery) Also one of the clips the hold the plastics on, is broken already and the hood flops around. These are easy fixes, but incredibly annoying when spending a large amount of money on a new piece of equipment.

Purchased a new stove very easy

I had an Associate that took her time and explained an alternative to my project which saved me a good amount of money.

Ever dread having to return merchandise to a big box store? I steeled myself and marched into the Englewood Home Depot. Fabulous!! No lines, Karen greeted me with a smile and made my day when she cheerfully refunded my money in under ten seconds. Everyone smiled and asked how they could help--try that in a Big City...I love this place!

I have been here 3times today 3 times yesterday 2times on mon very helpful employees Jeff t the pro checkout was excellent 3mtimes because I paid for materials and picked it up the next morning He stored my materials until I could come and pick it up the net morning

Stacy 20 was very helpful and knowledgeable on the layout of the store and saved me lots of steps in finding what I was shopping for.

We had to return a badly damaged and incomplete .com order to our local store last night. Tammy and Dani B at the service desk were SO helpful. Dani told us that if our next order returned damaged in any way that she would personally help us communicate with .com The particular item that we had been waiting on (shower base) is actually holding up an inspection, so getting it on time is VERY important.

I wouldn't buy tools or supplies from anyone else. Homedepot is the best store on earth

Having been out of my home for about 8 months we purchased some items that we thought we could use to repair damage. However it was determined that some of the items we were going to repair needed to be replaced. I had some items I then took back and at first the system was unable to make it happen. However, a gentleman at the customer service desk was very ingenious in being able to make it work. This gentleman showed concern and genuine customer service to me. Thank you very much.

Everything went great. Delivery was prompt

I was trying to find some items at Home Depot and I met Kimberly and she wanted me in the right direction or about six items and it became a contest to be trying to stump her and I could not do it. her smile was contagious and her customer service was exceptional, thank you Kimberly!

On mutable occasions there were long lines to check out. I have altered my shopping times to avoid busy times but to no avail. Self-check-out means self-check-out, not assisted check-out. Why not have more open maned registers if there are just standing around waiting to pounce. At times there is loads of products clogging up isles, is this not a fire hazard.This location has limited items in most departments.

Stop hovering over every customer at self checkout, it’s rude and disrespectful, I know people steal but I do not,

Very pleasant store to shop at. The employee’s are always helpful and just don’t point to where items are located. They walk with you to make sure you locate the item your looking for. Very knowledgeable staff as well

As a woman I always have questions and I get very few “eye rolls” rather get lots of information and alternatives.

But well run and if you walk down to the end there is a cashier and usually no line.

We would like to thank Grace Dorothy and her associate sorry I didn’t remember her name at the Englewood FL store. Both ladies were extremely knowledgeable of all the appliances we had hundreds of questions on. They really listen to us and were never pushy or annoyed but personable. That’s an important talent one needs in sales of course along with knowledge of your product. These ladies have it all.
