Every employee we have encountered has gone out of their way to walk us to our product and assist with any questions. We felt important, not just a bother, as you do in many stores.

The HD representatives are all very helpful and friendly. The Englewood HD has a very welcoming environment.

Kimberly and Dave are extremely helpful store associates. They helped us during our last trip to Home Depot and again today. Kimberly is very personable and offers great advice about various products. Dave’s height and his humble character are always appreciated! I recently visited the Cochran store and although the experience was not bad. It was not the same as my local englewood Home Depot store ❤️ THANK YOU!

Some items that are listed online in stock are not on shelves.. Employees don't know where to look. You have to go ho back home, order online and pick the same day by making double trips

When we first arrived in Englewood Florida, the closest Home Depot was about 25 minute drive then when we heard a new store was coming we were thrilled. We shop there all the time now. So great to have a convenient location.

I purchased a wet/dry vacuum cleaner, but it did not come with a wet filter, nor were there any in stock. In order to use the vacuum cleaner to dry up some rainwater incursion, I had to ruin a dry filter & now I have to purchase one of those as well as a wet filter. Doesn't make sense.

The Englewood Home Depot has newer & better lighting choices than the Port Charlotte, FL Home Depot. The choices & sale prices are very good!

Went in looking for something, wasn’t totally sure what I needed. Super nice store employee listened to what I was doing and then helped me find what I needed!!!

Customer service is good, but what can we do to get the price of lumber down? Just to repair old boards on my deck cost over $500.00! Something has to give here in our crazy economy. What has to happen for lumber prices to ease off a little?

nobody at this store (Englewood, FL) seems to want help anybody... and they (corporate) need to rethink this whole "gotta have a symbol on your phone for the military discount" that we've signed up for... not all of us are into this techy BS and only carry flip-phones - if we carry one at all...

I have always found what I wanted at this store.

I got excellent help picking materials for my project as well as great advice about how to use the materials for best results. My project came out awesome.

No thank you. No greeting. No ability to recognize that certain customers may not have the ability to understand computer orders. They have no patience. The people who answer the phone have obviously never been trained. Certain products are still not available. There needs to be some serious management intervention. Many associates are just useless and rude. I witnessed an associate berate an elderly man right in front of me today. HD owners need to get this store under control. They need sensitivity training and need to be kind. Many have neither. Besides, try finding someone to help. Not gonna happen.

I purchased several items and my military discount was only applied to one item. The discount was not applied to the lumber I purchased and the clerk had no idea why and refused to call a manager to get an answer. Very poor training in my opinion!

I went to Home Depot to purchase a piece of base board. The quality of the pile was less than acceptable. After sorting through five or six pieces, I found one that looked OK. After getting it home I discovered that all of the finger joints had very noticeable paint ridges. After sanding I am hopeful that they will look acceptable.

One of the employees named Patty came to the rescue when I was using the self checkout. Due to the fact that I was buying spray paint, she needed to make sure I was 18.
