Very nice store, I had a great shopping experience, wonderful staff that assist when you have any questions or issues looking for items.

Visited this location for some LED lights on a overly crowded Sunday. The store was packed but the manager on duty Dean took his time to help us with what we needed. He was SUPER knowledgeable, skilled, professional, kind and pleasant to work with! Will definitely go back to this store many more times as we are in the process of home renovations! Thank you for all your help and such a wonderful experience, Dean!!!

Ricardo in plumbing created a customized solution to my Humidifier water pipe problem. He put everything together for me so I would have an install ready product. It worked perfectly!! The associates in this store are very helpful and go out of their way to figure out a solution to the problem.

I have been shopping at this store for over 15 years. The associates are always very helpful in finding a solution. The products are always in stock and at a reasonable price. My go to store for all home improvement projects

I purchased paint and paint products at the Fairfax Home Depot #4601. All questions were answered and explained and was assisted in locating everything I needed. The staff was beyond courteous and helpful.

Sales cashier Salvador at the Fairfax, VA store is absolute great, friendly, knowledgeable, courtesy. The item didn't scan correctly, he helped me out. Only wish there more of him at all location.

We had been searching local Home Depot stores for certain 2023 Halloween out decorations. We found them located still in storage at the Fairfax HD. John, the manager, Krista (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and another associate went above and beyond in looking up the items' SKUs, bringing down three large pallets and finding the items we were looking for so we could purchase them. Their exceptional customer service is really deeply appreciated!

So helpful, positive, and communicative these employees really show that Home Depot is training and fostering these key values in their workforce.

What a great experience that I had to write this review. Dave, Sal, Mary and Park are extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and such a pleasure to have met. These people are a credit to Home Depot and I hope Home Depot recognizes this.

I had the best customer service experience at Home Depot today. I went to Hardware and Dave immediately asked what I was looking for to complete me project-I brought it with me. He helped me find the hardware I needed and showed me what needed to be done to make it work right. Dave was very helpful and really took interest in what I was trying to do.

I have been going to the Home Depot frequently, as we are having renovations done at our home. The employees have been friendly, helpful and courteous each time I go.

Bought two lavender plants a month before Christmas plants which promptly died within a week. I didn't rush back to the store as I was told there is a 1yr guarantee on plants on was busy during the holidays. When I brought them back in Feb, I had lost the paper receipt and the associates could not pull the transaction from the system so i was given the lowest price (which was 1/2) those items sold for in store credit. Don't recommend purchasing plants and if you do, save the receipt!

Mary goes above and beyond to help her customers. She is knowledgeable and such an asset to Home Depot.

I like this location as staff tends to be more friendly then others.

I bought a fish tape 240 feet And I’m happy with it

I paid to have someone come in and measure and give me an estimate for backsplash what a nightmare. Once the estimate was written they said after 2 weeks of waiting that they could not honor the estimate because they don't take down pre existing tile but they had already given me a written estimate to do just that.

The only drawback is the parking lot and the traffic trying to get in and out

I had an emergency immediate need for a garage freezer. Mine had suddenly stopped working. I went to other stores (not HD) and got no assistance. I went to this HD store and the person (Shunta Morris) who went our of her way to resolve my problem, resulted in resolution of my problem. I have always found the HD to be most helpful. The only reason I don't use it more often is because it is quite far from my home. But, when I do use this store, the trip is all worthwhile.

Jeremiah in the garden center was so helpful and friendly. He welcomed us as we came in and then we went back to his register to check out when we were done because he was so helpful and friendly. I wish all of the employees were this kind and efficient.

I purchased an appliance and on the delivery date the install team was unable to find a shut-off valve (it was under the kitchen sink) they abandoned the appliance in my kitchen and left. When I called the store to explain to them where the valve was and to have them return to complete the installation, the store manager Paolo refused. He told me to figure out the installation and the haul-away myself (both services I had paid his store to perform). I incurred over $700 of additional expenses because of their refusal to perform their job and Home Depot is making getting refunded a huge hassle. Do not buy major appliances from this store.

Bought a few items and a bucket. Clerk asked if he could put it all in the bucket. When I arrived home, a small item was missing but on the receipt. Should have watched more closely. Tried to call for a half hour to inquire about missing item. Nobody answers the phone last night or this morning. Rang for over 7 min. each time.

Alka the associate who was ringing our order provided professional and quick service with a smile. She is great along with other associates as well.

I was very pleased by the help I received.

I am NOT a handy man but I feel comfortable shopping at this location and asking questions. The staff is Always respectful friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all this home depot always has plants at great prices year round.
