I only gave this store a 5* because of the one Employee Rajib (Cashier) he went above and beyond to do what another employee refused to do . He is an asset to this store.

Rich was able to help me find the exact size tool that I needed and even checked to make sure that it worked before I purchased it. Thanks Rich. Sorry I didn't get his last name.

This store has many lovely and helpful stuff especially in special departments like kitchen design (Kitchen designer Kimberly Hopkins is the best) or plumbing.

If you have a customer service problem at the Fairfax Home Depot, ask for help from Ruby. She provides awesome customer support!

This location has a warm, friendly, HELPFUL staff!! Makes it feel like a small neighborhood store but it’s still Home Depot! Love it!

we were distrurbed by the circumstances of the delivery and installation arrangements for the dishwasher we purchased at the store on 28 january 20. the delivery team asked if we had a plumber present. at no time did the store sales person advise us having a plumber present was necessary. the delivery team then said that because of virginia law they could not work with trhe copper pipe connecting the old dishwasher to the water supply. they demanded $100 to continue the installation or else they would leave, leaving the new appliance in the middle of the kitchen and a hole where the old appliance had been. we felt scammed but we paid the $100 to get trhe jiob done.

Excellent customer service. Kudos to Ellery who assisted me in finding a product and measuring to make sure it was right.

I loved Rick in hardware. He was so friendly and stayed late to help us out. Got the key I needed and a kindly conversation. Great to have such positivity after a long day of work.

This store is 5 minutes from my house. All the employees that work there are very friendly and helpful. Generally you need not ask them before they approach y0u and ask you if you need help. On veterans day I was helped by Rick,who went overboard to help make 18 keys for me. I have had good luck with finding anything I need at this store and or they will order it for me.
