Employees lack knowledge of products and store offers. Employees generally do not seem interested in finding answers to customers’ questions or to learn for themselves so they can address questions that come up the next time.

The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Cashier name "Fatimah" was very nice and very helpful.

RUDE MANAGER OR EMPLOYEE. i wrote a bad review on google already. She had a leopard design mask. A Dora haircut.

Some of the employees at this store sent me the wrong way for an item I was having trouble finding. Another employee, named Justin, took the time to show me where the item was actually located, then helped me find two other items that I needed. I was in a hurry and very much appreciated Justin's help. Those other employees need to stop chatting together and actually help when asked for assistance. If more employees were helpful at this store, I would have given five stars. If it weren't for Justin, I would have given one or two. Customer service matters very much sometimes!

The appliance department employees were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in resolving an issue I had with a previously purchased appliance (an LG dryer). They went above and beyond to arrange for a refund for me and help identify another dryer to purchase - which I was glad to do.

Home Depot Fairfax is my go to. Easy to find stuff, in and out. Alysen helped us out last time we were in & she was awesome.

Home Depot is our "go to" store for us. We can always find what we're looking for. We also find the employees approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to purchase a new washer and dryer and thanks to the sales associate, ordered it for delivery soon. The appliance display area was well stocked with floor models from which to choose and the entire store, overall, was clean and aisles were safe to pass. Home Depot employees have personality and we feel like they really do appreciate our business. In this time of COVID, all employees wore appropriate masks and maintained safe distancing., We felt safe and secure in this store and made a great purchase for our home.

Everything I needed was there and easy to find. Sitma checked me out and was extremely friendly and kind. She had a pleasant personality and a nice smile on her face. Employees like her draw me back to this store for my shopping!

This store practices all health and safety precautions diligently. Their customer service is EXCELLENT from start to finish, the store is easy to navigate (use the app to know which aisle to find what you're looking for easily), and the location is convenient.

One of my favorite Home Depot stores that I've ever been in.

I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner in this store. It was priced $50 less than Costco across the street. The cashier helped me to get another $50 discount. On top of that I was treated very well.

The help I receive at this location is well beyond other locations I have visited. I recently moved to this area and felt very welcomed and was taken care of. It speaks highly of the management as well as the associates that helped me.

The store was quite clean and ambience was good. Sanitizers and hand gloves were present for proper use. Staff was quite friendly and efficient in their work. Also assistance provided by the staff was of great help. I ll recommend to visit Home Depot every now and then. You will find everything you need there and at a very good price compared to others.

The employees in this HD in Fairfax are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! The garden area in particular i always have an employee asking if i need help loading anything and the cashiers are very efficient and always nice! Great shopping experience.

You have a girl name Michelle in color department who can benefit from training. Please dont put the employee like her who can not handle customer service on the floor.

Employees are first rate and very helpful. I do almost all of my home improvement shopping here.

As a former associate of this company and working at multiple stores before. This Home Depot is an absolute wreck. The store has zero standards. The assistant managers are about as laid back as the associates. You’ll be challenged to find product on the shelves. Go to any store in the area besides this one. Don’t listen to their online on hands too because you’ll end up wasting the trip when you get out there and they don’t have your product. This store is disorganized and the associates are absolutely useless.

Why don't you place some signs in the lots as to what entrance customers should use, thank you for having a mask sign. Garden cashier was quite rude in two languages to my family about that. Who ever is doing your sweeping up should not just leave the pile in the aisle. Like aisle 43 today nice pile of trash. I guess this store has done away with aprons and name tags because 3 out 4 people Did not have them. I'm sure I'm not the only person who complains. How about reworking the parking lot it is always a hassle getting in and out of the lot. Add an exit make lanes one way something.

Great Fairfax Store!

The store was clean, the employees friendly and we found everything we needed!

Once again there were multiple employees wandering aimlessly through the store but only one person that was capable of writing up an order in the appliance area. We didn't even have questions or need help. Just wanted to spend about $1,500 - would have taken less than 15 minutes. Instead after 45 minutes we walked out.
